Three weeks ago we had a swing set and perimeter installed in our backyard. The install was perfectly completed in just a few hours. Our granddaughter absolutely loves it.

I was very optimistic when I first saw the website, however it has been a HORRIBLE experience. We selected a playground (without much input or help from the salesperson) and paid for it that day. They had a two week installation date so we had to wait. That was fine, but we were anxious to get it. On the day is the install they were late and no one bothered to tell us. Then they came without proper parts! The most important part, since my kids are young and can only use certain pieces. I called several times but no one follows up. Ive left messages, talked to the “manager” They simply don’t care. Oh yeah, and the installation is terrible! We went to play on it today and I found that the top board isn’t even secured on the rock climbing wall! Then one of the other top boards came off. Imagine if a kid got hurt because of this? Go somewhere else!
