I need to speak to someone who runs altitude. I wasn’t going to give a bad review but I am PISSED.
I paid $110.00 deposit and I was supposed to pay $279.00 today. That included 15 jumpers one large pizza for every five jumpers 15 icees, 15 waters, plates, napkins, tablecloths, a shirt, someone to set up and clean up and a party host.
I knew that we would have more than 15 jumpers, so naturally I knew that we would be paying more than $279.00. We had 22 jumpers, no party host, I had to tell them to call the kids upstairs, I had to get my icees and waters myself. I did not get his birthday shirt. I had no help with absolutely anything from any staff at altitude. NOTHING. Didn’t see my host but once… not to mention, when I walked downstairs I would see my host behind the counter checking people out. They were charging me for kids and charging the kids parents as well. We got three pizzas icees and waters but we were having to remind them and do everything. And I walked out after the deposit and everything paying almost $610.00 for a room pizzas was missing one and told it couldn’t be added the day of, which yesterday someone told me I could so we had to buy more, icees and jump passes. Which we had to literally go down stairs and get them ourself.
The only thing got offered is to come back in the future and hopefully don’t post a bad review from the staff that was there and a free cold pizza.
And as I’m doing a last sweep of the room, there was somebody in there who complained of what a mess it was… However somebody should’ve been there helping because that was what I paid for.

Visited in Leesburg, VA. Dirty, oversold, and staff completely inattentive. I have older kids, but I observed groups of older kids running over little kids, kicking them out of areas and yelling at adults that tried to intervene. At one point it seemed this group was buddies or friends with the manager, Hayley, who just said “well they come here a lot” and continued to let them rule terror over the park. Seems like after reading reviews, this is par for the course at locations around the country. See below where another mother watched a group of regular, unsupervised bullies take over with no consequences. Won’t be back!

Came here with a couple kiddos , bought them cards at the arcade . One of the kids was using the claw machine trying to aim it in the right place for the thing that he wanted to grab when someone else’s child ran up and pressed the drop button and his parents were nowhere to be found so I went to the front desk to tell them about what happened to see if they could put six more credits on the card that we had bought because that was unfair to us and not my issue to fix. When I spoke to the boy working front desk he said word for word “ that’s not our problem sorry” . So extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning. This was at Richardson location

I’ve been a member at the Springhill, Fl location almost since they opened and never had a problem until now. My son 5yrs old loves this place, not so much now. My son was playing in the dodgeball area and all of a sudden I hear him screaming from the top of his lungs saying stop, stop. When I hear his voice from where I was sitting I looked over and see my son in corner with his head down yelling and crying, there were 2 older kids throwing multiple balls at him hard and fast. I quickly got up, ran towards him, mind you, there were no staff members around the dodgeball area. I picked up my son and his face was frightened and really red. I finally see 2 staff members talking and laughing to each other. When they saw me, they said oh yeah I told the older kids to come out but they didn’t. So basically tells me they knew that my son was yelling, but didn’t do nothing about it. I said why was anyone not monitoring the dodgeball area? And why would bigger kids 9 -12 years old play dodgeball with younger kids 4-6 yrs old at the same time? So I walked to pick up our belongings and spoke to the manager and all she tells me is well you did sign a waiver. I was so hurt by her response. No sympathy what’s so ever. She also said she would call the older kids parents. (Which tells me the parents were probably not there). I told her to provide me a number to corporate but she didn’t have one. I requested I cancel my membership and left. Beware of letting your kids jump here as the staff will not care about your kids safety. How I look at it, this was a form of bullying.

I am currently at the Altitude jump park in CEDAR HILL. When I arrived I asked about buying a slice of pizza. I was told no food would be sold tonight. I said to my self that’s weird but ok. 30 minutes later I smell pizza so I go over to the kitchen and an employee is cooking himself a whole pizza. I then say I thought no food would be cooked tonight he said I could go to the counter to pay and he would fix me a slice. Well when I get to the counter I was told I could not buy the hunk of pizza which is on the menu for $5 bc no one else would eat the other slices. Even though a slice of pizza is on the menu. I then asked for the manager. Destiny told me I would need to buy a whole pizza since someone is in the kitchen but in the same breath told me a cook should be in at 6 or 7. She was very rude. She talked over me and gave me unnecessary attitude. While sitting and watching my son jump for half an hour I had not seen her once. When I asked for a manager she came from the back and others as well that I had not seen. Only two employees had been on the jump floor the whole time. I think it is very unprofessional to fix personal food after telling guest no food will be served. Also, it is unprofessional to have items on the menu that you all aren’t willing to serve. I asked manager for corporate’s phone number she refused and told me I could get it on the website myself.

I have been to this establishment (KISSIMMEE,FL) on several occasions. The first time , I rented a room for my son’s birthday party and ordered pizza through the establishment for the party days in advance. We get there at 5:30pm and the food was not going to arrive until 8pm. My son 7 year old son is a type 1 diabetic and the expectations were that the food would arrive around 6pm. It was around the time for him to eat and his sugar was low , they never have food that they advertised to be sold at the establishment. I had to run out and by food for my kids, especially my oldest since his sugar was low. They have you follow all of their rules and still drop the ball.

Fast forward to last week, now for this occasion I’m celebrating my youngest son’s 6th birthday. I was never told in first occasion that outside food was not allowed , I was even told that an option was to secure a table first come first serve . I brought a birthday cake for my son and was planning on buying food from the establishment and cut a cake being that I didn’t see the value of renting a room like the last occasion because it was a bad experience. Now, I’m told there is no food there that is advertised on the menu , only doughnuts. They didn’t allow me to order outside food via Uber eats and said I could bring any outside food in. I explained my son is a type 1 diabetic and he can’t wait 90 minutes to eat as his sugar was low and even showed them the dexxcom device . They told me outside food can only be ordered with a reservation of a room or table. I replied , no problem let me register one right now so that I can order food. London , the party coordinator and GM Jasmine told me I can’t register and that it had to be 24rs in advance . All the rooms were empty and plenty of tables empty and they refused to let me book anything. Then they had no food for me to purchase at the establishment besides donuts and they are refusing me order any food for my diabetic son. I literally had to buy donuts to keep his sugar up and rush out of there before the 90 minutes I paid for.

Then they kept harassing me to move the birthday cake to a refrigerator in their back room when it was just placed on the table and it was closed with no plans of opening it to eat it. On one occasion, London threatened to grab the cake and take it way since we were told “ nicely” already. I don’t understand how a business can’t make the simple exception for a child (or any person ) with diabetes . You don’t have any food to buy , and whether you reserve a room and order the food in advance like they beg you to do , it’s never on time. They were nasty to me and my family and my son was upset we had to leave early because there was no solution for food. I explained to them the situation on the first visit and they could care less and showed no concern for my son. I don’t know if this is grounds for a lawsuit but something needs to be done about it.

We were excited to join as our boys love it there. Was SHOCKED to learn they have NO routine cleaning performed when we inquired about it- staff reported they've been asking corporate about it since (at least) last summer and corporate will not approve. Concessions are never open when we're there and we were told it was due to short staffing and/or low supplies. We will not be returning unless the facility institutes a cleaning schedule; they should be ashamed to let that many children play in such an unhygienic environment.

My son was bullied by a group of kids who are regularly dropped off and left unaccompanied all day at one of their parks. The manager told me the parents don't care and leave them with no money, which explains why they asked us for money. Nothing is being done about this. I can't reach the franchise owner and I can't reach anyone at the corporate office. Do not go to their parks unless you will have eyes on your kids at all times!
