Best Deal for the price! Also Crinkle fries and fry sauce! I don't think that I will eat Burgers at any fast food in Moscow other than Zip's going forward. Really a nice tasty basic burger. Staff was nice, Place was clean. A win for certain these days.

Went into the restaurant and used the self ordering kiosk. Selected the deluxe burger, which was listed as coming with ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, and tomato I am pretty sure. Pretty standard for a deluxe burger. With it being deluxe it obviously was more expensive than just a plain burger, so I think it was almost $7. I wanted to add fry sauce, cheese, and onions onto it. So I selected to add those to the burger. My boyfriend got a burger as well. We both got a drink. the food took a while, but I honestly don’t even care about that, it happens. We were sitting in the corner of the restaurant, with only one other person in the lobby who wasn’t even dining in. The blonde girl at the register yelled something that sounded like “applisky!!!” But the one guy standing was standing in between us so I couldn’t see. Then she screamed at the top of her lungs “I HAVE A KIOSK ORDER!!!” The guy kind of moved, so i could see she was glaring at me with her eyebrows raised, looking at me like I’m at idiot. Don’t know why they ask for a name when they don’t even call it out. Or why she couldn’t have just brought us our ONE tray of food to the table, since they obviously weren’t busy. Great service! She didn’t give us our drink cups that we ordered, so we had to go back and ask for those, and she didn’t apologize or say anything at all just handed them over and walked away. I open up my food, and like I said, i got the deluxe burger with onion, cheese, and fry sauce added. Instead, I got a burger with only onions, fry sauce, and cheese. That’s it. Nothing about it was deluxe even though I paid the deluxe price. At this point I’m honestly just pissed off because of this girl. They probably would’ve fixed it for me if I had asked, but i did not want to speak to that girl again after she had such an attitude. I even smiled at her and said hi when we first came in and she just looked at me and didn’t say anything too. I am sitting there so annoyed, just wanting to eat my food and leave and that’s what we do. we are about to leave, and are walking to the door when all of a sudden the girl SLAMS the employee only door open directly into me, and just says “oh. sorry ?” and walks away.

Long story short, horrible service, confusing self ordering kiosk, door in the middle of a small walkway that needs a window, but at least the tater tot’s were tasty. first time trying it out, and never coming back, thanks to that girl.

This was my second time eating at a Zips and I don't have one thing to complain about. The food is amazing!, And you get your money's worth. My wife and I got Cheese burgers and an order of 40 tots. I think it is really cool that you get to choose what size of tots you want. Also, they throw in a smiley potato for you! How cool that? This particular restaurant was very clean inside and we'll maintained. The workers are really nice and professional. I had no issues. Keep up the good work!

My review comes heavy hearted because so many are doing this I don't want to go out much anymore.
This may sound dumb but yesterday I had a hunkering for a huckleberry milkshake. This is a huge treat for me. I slurred it was over 6 dollars, (price not on the drive thru menu.) I got my milkshake so excited. First taste " where's the huckleberry taste? Almost zero. Very disappointed! The shake us I'm my freezer I didn't even enjoy it at all.
I was okay paying the price for my craving but to get such a low quality product has the normal.
I have gotten this before years ago and they were great. Not anymore.
This brings me to the point I need to make my cravings myself at home.
Sadly This has become my mindset with most every place I have experienced lately.
It's sad yet real.

The owner replied to my review yesterday.
Basically he said they have used the same recipe for years and the shakes are fresh and delicious.
This wasn't my first time at a zips and definitely not my first huckleberry milkshake at zips.

So I know, when I say I was disappointed that is because it was not what I have received in the past.
It was basically vanilla with a slight hint of huckleberry.

I showed up at 8:30 pm and all the doors were locked. They weren’t happy to service and attempted to ignore me, seeing me standing outside the door. I’m not sure why it was a problem since they had vehicles going through the drive through and there was plenty of time before closing. I like to support local but this experience wasn’t great. I’m out $11 dollars and no dinner because once I finished walking back to La quinta hotel they gave me a burned floor spice covered chicken sandwich.

I’ve been going to zips (multiple locations) for years and they have never had a problem with my order, but this place just sucks. I pretty much get a burger with no meat and they melt the cheese, because i’m vegetarian and they don’t have any good vegetarian options but i still love the food. until recently they started making me feel bad about what i order, laughing at me or being weirded out by what im asking for. and one time they messed up my order by just giving me cheese on a bun, and when i went in to ask for my order fixed, they were not happy and didn’t want to remake it. then the most recent time they told me they won’t make my order anymore because it’s “too messy” and “too much for the kitchen.” not really sure how it’s too much when it’s literally the same amount of work as a burger but okay. then they had us waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes after saying it would be the last time they would make it. not to mention i drive into moscow from pullman just to get zips maybe once a month or less, and then get treated like this. needless to say they don’t accommodate for dietary restrictions and i wont be coming back to this location.

My wife and I stopped in today and had the best Zips experience we have ever had at any location. They proactively let us know that they needed to make a fresh batch of fries for us and took great care of us for such a minor inconvenience. My wife's milkshake was made better than expected. We both were genuinely impressed in the level of customer service and atmosphere this location provides.

Shout-out to the crew today for being personable and considerate. Y'all made some good food too!
