Arrived in Honolulu after midnight and we were hungry so we decided to get food from Zippy’s in Mililani. They closed at 2 am. It was slow so service was great and we received our food within 15 minutes. The food was delicious.

Zippy's Mililani has always been a key restaurant at the mall since I can remember. I’ve stopped here may years at various times with family and friends because you know what to expect from this island-wide chain restaurant. With that said, I can't complain much except that they have removed many dishes from their menu that I liked, and the prices are definitely overpriced now. But like I said, you know what to expect as far as food quality, which is decent and reliable. The atmosphere is usually very comfortable, and this is why most people come here to interact with friends and family in a familiar iconic restaurant in Hawaii and to have good food. No more, no less.

Convenient Sit Down Dining 24 hours a day. Tasty sometimes freshly prepared food. Huge menu selection of local favorites. Friendly waitstaff but the kitchen is sometimes painfully slow. Comfortable seating in nice casual environment in the dining room.

Due to crazy schedules, we had Thanksgiving Lunch there this past year, not one of the better ideas. They had enough waitstaff, but the kitchen was smashed. We waited over 40 minutes for our meals of Roast Turkey and Ham. When it came you could tell the turkey was not freshly Roasted, but frozen and thawed and quite dry. Not doing that again.

Came this morning & I’ve been coming to zippys mililani all my life. Food was great, atmosphere was also great. 2 stars for my favorite zippys because of the lady at the kitchen window. The cashier was lovely, I see her often, but this was my first time doing an online order & it sent me a text saying my order was in a food locker, I walk in, I don’t see any lockers right? So I wait in line and when it’s my turn I let the cashier know & the lady at the window said very sassy “ it’s in food locked #19 & somebody already opened it with there phone “ well excuse me if I don’t see any lockers when I walk in ?! I’ve been working in this industry for years & the customer service was seriously lacking! If this was my first experience here I wouldn’t come back. Luckily for zippys I live close by, anyways if I see that employee again I’ll just steer clear & go to the other associate.

I absolutely love the chili here! If you really want to fill up, get the surf deluxe meal. Try any dish with chili, so you don't miss out! Still some covid stupidity going on here, as you have to get in line to get a table even when the restaurant is 95% empty.
