Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We chose to order online for convenience and time savings. The app clearly states to go inside restaurant to pick up our meal. Upon arrival approximately one and a half hours prior to posted closing time, We find the doors locked and are forced to go through the drive-through which extends out of the parking lot. Unfortunately, this is not our first time having this experience, but it is the first time that I have made a comment.

Food is good and so is service, but I only go through the drive thru. However, almost every time they miss little things like giving the wrong dipping sauces or if I ask for extra seasoning on the fries and they don’t do it.

Last two visits I ended up leaving without waiting for my order. First time they got order wrong twice....I gave up and left....Today I returned and order a zensation salad..... 1 customer ahead of me.....18 minutes later I got my refund and left....went to Chick-fil-A

I was just told that they're unable to change my drink from our app order. Coke to Bargs Root Beer. Plus they're out of Powerade. 12 vehicles later and still no food. Wife had to go inside and get it.

My mom ordered my baby a 5pc tender meal. It is the worse Zaxby meal I have ever seen. Tenders were not fresh n they are Xtra small. I would take it back.if wasn't for my baby. Zaxby has got to do better!! Yall were skimpy on the fries n you should give an xtra tender if they are Xtra small. I'm so disappointed!

Great if you can hit the morning or mid shift. The closing shift TANKS. I usually get excellent service from the afformentioned shifts, however when I ask for light sauce and get sauce on the bread and ONLY the bread, it makes me want to throw it in somebody's eyes.
