Awesome way to spend a Sunday morning with the kiddos! No hot sun, just indoor fun for kids of all ages. ZavaZone Sterling is the best of so many worlds for parents of busy kiddos. They have activities that will engage and challenge your kid to address fears of heights. If your kid is willing to take a leap of faith, the heights and rope climbs will not be a problem. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful in getting the kids harnessed in the courses. The facilities are clean, well lit and safety is clearly the number one goal. The restroom was clean, and both paper and soap was restocked. If you’re looking for a party place for a kids party, they have you covered with private rooms as well. Pro Tip, go early as possible to have the place to yourself, it’s a blast! Enjoy.

there were three black male staff members that were playing catch with a ball. they almost knocked over my kid and never said sorry or acknowledged the mistake.
the staff seems bored and uninterested in their jobs.

the activities are pretty good though but the equipment needs to be cleaned and maybe swapped out as they’re worn or dirty.

there is a lot of parking which is good as it gets busy on wknds and a few snack options to curb the hangriness for kids.

N.B. def buy tickets in advance if possible and kids need socks.

This place is truly a hidden gem! Definitely worth visiting, and I’ll be coming back for sure.
It offers some fun challenging activities and obstacles.it’s a bit pricey, it’s absolutely worth it.
The space is clean and spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly, always encouraging kids to push their limits.
I’d recommend completing the waiver beforehand to save time.

Went here for a birthday party for the first time this weekend. Wow this place is perfect for 5-6+ year olds! They have some really creative obstacle courses and way more than Sky Zone. For some reason, there weren’t many people here on a Saturday afternoon and half of the birthday party rooms were empty which I actually loved. Sky zone in Springfield is waaayy too crowded and they book way too many parties back to back. That place is definitely going downhill with bad customer service also. Zara zone was way less crowded and way easier to get checked in with an old school manual paper/pen method by the party host. The only downside was that some of the staff were not paying much attention to the kids and were busy talking amongst themselves.. also my kids did get hurt a couple of times by falling but that’s inevitable in a place like this. They had a ton of ice packs handy so make sure to ask for some if you need them. Overall my kids had sooooo much fun and they were both sweating like crazy by the end and didn’t want to leave 😊

Yet another example of a business that is quick to invest huge sums of money into attracting customers, but zero money or effort into keeping them safe once they get inside the door. Completely unsafe environment percolated by employees who couldn’t be bothered to maintain situational awareness, leading to increased risk for your children to get injured and for injuries to go unnoticed.
Today, my son slipped and fell onto a hard plastic ball while traversing an obstacle in the way it was intended to be used. Having the wind knocked out of him, he writhed in pain for over two minutes, during which time not a single employee took notice, nor offered assistance as he gasped for air. Luckily, I was there to help, but if I hadn’t been (say I had been in the parents’ lounge, for instance), my son could have experienced a medical emergency without any assistance from the staff. This is completely unacceptable, and is the reason why companies like this require customers to sign a waiver. The fact is that if anything more serious had happened to my son today, ZAVAZONE would have been quick to deny any responsibility. Never again will I patronize such a dismissive and careless business.
There was zero management presence on the floor - all employees were naive teenagers far more concerned with what their phones could offer to pass the time instead of paying attention to the kids. Some employees were indistinguishable from the crowd, making it impossible to seek help if I had needed it. In addition, they have an obstacle course on the second level in which the children are entrusted to detach and attach their harnesses to the zipline correctly. A single mistake could prove fatal, yet ZAVAZONE clearly has zero interest in supervising the transfer of the clips from one zipline to another so the kids can traverse this otherwise fun obstacle safely. This place is pathetic, and you should proceed with extreme caution. Please see attached photos for reference.

It helps kids and adults exercise while their playing. They have climbing opportunities for people over 3. They have optical courses and they are very safe. There is also a membership that is about fifty dollars a month per person, but honestly it's worth it.

Great place for kids who like to be active and have many physical options.

One thing I noticed is that there should be someone monitoring the rope course more from the staff. I observed a group of young teenage girls get stuck in an area on the far edge bc their line would not clip to the cable. They were there for about 3-5 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong before turning around.
