I loved going here when I had a membership. Three stars because when I went to cancel my membership, I filled out the paperwork with the front desk, however they somehow "never got it" & charged my account for the next month, so I had to notify my work (as the membership was coming out of my paycheck) and have the Human Resorces department cancel it. I never got a refund. Also every time there is any kind of event there is absolutely no parking & the hours on the weekend are not great.

I prefer this Ymca compared to Quincy. People are friendly, and there are areas to work out if you don't like crowds. My kids love the swimming pool, which is open all year.

I had texted Kimberly Kercher and I scheduled a massage. The day of my appointment, I was at my mother's house helping my grandmother when the house caught fire due to bad wiring. I got my grandmother out, but my mother wanted to save the animals and ended up passing away in the fire. I wasn't thinking about a spa day as I literally watched my mother burn to death. This lady is absolutely unprofessional and heartless. Had the audacity to tell me that if I don't add all info, that I'm vindictive. Well, here's all the info. I was going to sell the gift certificate, but that would just bring her more cliental and I don't want that. This lady should absolutely be fired. I cannot believe the response I've received.

I have been involved with the YMCA youth sports programs for the last 10 years and I have to say that this has to be the healthiest and most organized I have ever seen it. Nathan and his staff are extremely attentive and helpful with anything the coaches and players need to be successful. I will be continuing to keep my kids involved in these programs and recommend them to anyone looking to get their child involved in sports.

Has everything I need. Wish the sauna was a bit larger cuz it's always crowded. Also think 5v5 indoor soccer for adults would be cool

I love the YMCA, don't get me wrong. I swam on swim team for several years, and have been a member for 5-7 years.

My issue is that the Swimming hours are TERRIBLE. Always activities taking up the pool, and now I understand why people had issues with the swim team.

The hours for the pool have been reduced, and the weekends are terrible. On top of this, the rates have increased.

I remember when the pool was open till 10:00PM on the week days and open till 8 on Saturday, and 6 on Sunday, now its just been shrunk so much.

Swim team needs their own pool, or there needs to be a 'half size' pool for the parents/kids, and older people activities. The main pools just need to be lap swim and swim team ONLY.

Again, I love the YMCA, and the people that work there. Just think it has been getting more constricting for the 'middle class' of the Hannibal area, and without any other convenient option for a lap pool, we have no choice.

I’ve gone to this YMCA since I was a kid and have fond memories but as an adult…. You are so limited in what you can do anymore. The pool is always busy with scheduled practice/ events which I get if there was much else to do anymore. The vr area only allows kids age 8-15 so NO adults are allowed to play at any time EVER and I guess once you enter highschool you’re too old to play in there anymore too. I had no clue of that before I paid and was super excited to try it only to find the door locked and be told I’m too old. It seems a waste as I think it would be a huge draw for both kids and adults. I understand not wanting adults to take over the space meant for kids but not having ANY time for adults to plays seems so odd. I understand it’s a family center but I wish I could come back as an adult and have as much fun as I used to as a kid. :/
