It was super fun for the little one we had a 13 month old with us. The only negative moment was in his age groups bouncy were older kids and they were a bit too much and no one controlled that situation. Nevertheless, it still was a lor of fun

I usually don’t post reviews but I’m glad I took the time out to do so! We visited Woody’s for the first time for my Son’s birthday and we had a TIME! The manager/owner ( atleast I believe she was) was sooo nice and accommodating with my son’s sensory needs! They have a nice variety of bouncy houses, a game room/party room & a nice food menu! We definitely will be back soon!!❤️

Great place for kids. Friendly staff. Pretty colored woman on Thursday very sweet. Price has gone up it used to be 6$ now is 11.50$ and the snacks are pretty high as well but overall great place for kids and has waiting area for adults. Lots of arcade games as well.

I attended a 7 y/o's birthday party. Similar to other play sites, pizza and some drinks were available. There were plenty of jumping and sliding places for the little people. Another room held video like games for older children and adults

When you first walk in, don’t breathe in too hard. The workers aren’t over the top friendly. They have a party room that is a really good size. There are 6 bounce houses if I remember correctly. They each range in size and shape. There is also a small area for younger children- I believe 3 and under. The arcade is pretty neat. Overall it was great for the kids- our church went for a special event and we spent about 3 and a half hours there and could’ve stayed longer.

I wanted to love the location and support. Unfortunately, the ladies at the front desk dont deserve to be around children or adults for that matter. They have zero communication skills and they live with their heads in their phone. I went 4x since May 2024 and every time I was charged a different price. The price went from $14 to $34 in 6 months. My kid are still 1 and 3 year old so why have I paid 4 different amounts..? I was hopeful and kept returning. The first time I went, they opened late and apparently never cleaned. The units were filled with dirt and disgust and I had to ask for them to be cleaned. I’m over it. Hopefully the Holliday bring more cheer to these peoples hearts bc they are money hungry zombies. I’m only giving it one star bc they tried.

My kids have been there 4x, they don’t also come under my watch. Last week it was $24. Again, I made several attempts and that one was my last. No need to talk. You will have several other customers and I am definitely not one..

2 stars for cleanliness. Customer service sub standard. 1 pizza came with the party and it was Cold pizza from Papa Johns. We actually ordered 2 cold pizzas but 1 got digitally deleted on the app. Wanted to bring in an extra pizza and was held at the counter with a pseudo supervisor about 1 pizza. Instead of agreeing to right a wrong the adults had to step outside to eat pizza in the heat. To be fair the children ate cold pizza and played. Overall experience mediocre at best. Don’t waste your time if the event is important to you. I absolutely would not recommend it at all. Your employee who was just doing her job was rude. We were told that we could in fact bring in some food because of the mix up. It was 1 pizza to make up for the one which would have been delivered an hour later. Your contract based on quite a few of your reviews should be revised to ensure customer satisfaction. It may serve as an excuse for the rigidness and lack of customer service but it does not support the longevity of a successful business. I read the sign on your door before and after your employee gave us the go ahead because of time and the mix up on the pizza to bring it in which I appreciated the kindness while your other employee who was outside of the building on her cell. Work on your customer service. Furthermore, you speak of a situation that You did not bare witness to because you were not on the premises.
