El lugar es excelente! La decoración y juegos disponibles es diversa y divertida así como las actividades grupales. Perfecto para socializar entre amigos o compañeros de trabajo. La comida estuve muy buena también, entre ellas la Hickory burger.

Primera vez en lugar y me gusto recomiendo que visites las atracciones virtuales..!!! Ve en la hora del happy hour buenos drinks..! Te recomiendo los miércoles tienen tribia ..muy divertido también.! Y por supuesto busca Groupon..!! Para las ofertas 😉

Found this place from a search during our Chicago visit. We were looking for something fun for the kids indoors. They have an outdoor elevator that brings you to the third floor entrance. The front desk service was awesome as she explained everything to us and let us walk around to tour. You can buy activities online or via a kiosk. We bought a $100 card for our 16 and 9 year old to share and they played for about 1.5 hours. They have VR, escape rooms, bumper cars, shuffleboard, a bar, restaurant and tons of arcade games. They also have a few free interactive walls with lights that the kids loved. Would definitely recommend. I saw they were having a youth birthday as well and they seemed to be taken care of well. I sat on the long couch relaxing for a bit while the kids continued to play.

The entrees looked good. Some of it came out cold. The dessert is what my sister and I ordered. The trifle was not a trifle. It was a chunk of brownie and cookies at the bottom of a milkshake glass with ice cream and chocolate on top.
The gooey butter cake was served cold (not gooey) but its saving grace was the ice cream and pineapples. There was a thick cold dome of white chocolate that would break with the heavy, metal butter knife. When I applied more force, it exploded all over the table and floor. Epic fail.

The server was great though. Very friendly and understanding.

We bought the Sunday Funday Family Brunch deal. We were the first ones there and were greeted and brought to our table right away. The place is huge and beautiful! It's a very upscale arcade. They have a great looking bar (although I did not partake) and the food was really tasty and the service was great.

I don't like complaining, but even though we were the first ones there and the food came out shortly after we had arrived, it was cold. It was a nice variety of choices for brunch...my kids and I loved the cute little parfait shooters, my son enjoyed the waffles and my husband raved about the dipper fries.

The cards we received with credits on each went really fast. We all enjoyed the bumper cars and the Ghostbusters VR. Some of the arcade games were really expensive and only allowed one quick round, so 7 credits disappeared really quickly. And of course most of the games require an odd number of credits to play, so we have 5 cards, each card with anywhere from 1-3 credits left.

Overall we did have a lot of fun and enjoyed our meal. It was a great place to spend a 13 year old boy's birthday.

Husband and I went here for date night and we had lots of fun! The ghost trap bar was so cute and the drink was delicious. The food in their restaurant was ok. The games were fun although i wish they offered more arcade games

Update: i highly recommend booking a private event here! I rented a room for my bday and everything was great, all my guest had lots of fun. Thank you Ashley and everyone else !

Went here to do something fun for my son's birthday. We booked the Sunday Funday Family Brunch special, which consists of a bunch buffet and a $30 reloadable game card for each paid guest. It was advertised as having character appearances, live entertainment, and interactive activities for the whole family.

During our visit:
1) 2 characters did come out and walk around while we dined. The kids were allowed to take pics with the characters
2) there was no live entertainment
3) there were no interactive activities outside of the regular attractions.

The brunch was just ok. There were a lot of meat options, so if you're vegetarian, pescatarian, or vegan, this isn't really the brunch for you. The overall atmosphere and service during the brunch was great, and there is ample seating for dining.

The $30 game card gives you 60 credits to use. The game card is reloadable and can be used for 2 turns in the Ghostbusters VR as well as some game play in the arcade. The Ghostbusters VR is cool if you can handle swift movements, bright lights, and random sounds. My son loved it and did it twice.

The arcade has a decent amount of games, but they do not produce tickets to gain prizes so don't expect that.

We didn't get to do the Jumanji VR or the Uncharted Escape Rooms because my younger sons didn't meet the participation criteria, so I can rate those.

Overall, our visit was ok for the options available to us. I believe this place would be great for teenagers through adults who are looking for food and fun in an interactive environment. Though I expected more, my son said he enjoyed himself, so that's all that mattered to me.

Great attitudes, they checked in on our party of 9 frequently but not TOO often.

When we had an item we did not want it was promptly taken back and removed from our check, and the turn around time for the items was under 15 minutes of our reservation beginning.

We paid as a group with a 20% gratuity included and they do allow us to split the check once. Everyone can put their cards on the bill that they're split onto as long as you inform them how much to charge each individual card on that ticket.

Ambience is welcoming, clean, hip, noisy but not obnoxiously loud in which everyone can hear one another speaking without needing to yell and it gives a modern upper midscale bar feel with plenty of seating room.

The games were awesome and interactive at a reasonable price of $25 via Groupon.

Menu has vegan options although they were out of the buffalo cauliflower dish 🥹.
My mocktail the Crouching Tiger was tasty with balanced sweetness.
The side of fries with the Trinity sauce was tangy with a mild spice to it - good 👍🏾.
And the jerk tacos were properly spicy and flavorful. I couldn't even get to the 3rd one because they're very filling and my stomach doesn't hurt after eating them praise God 😂🤭😎✨.

My portion of the bill + tax + gratuity = $55.00.
Everyone ranged $38-$55 / person for their share.

They even gave the 6 month old baby a little sweet sauce like cream he could taste. Very delightful 🥰.

I'd definitely host a birthday party here 😜.
Loved the Ice cream cupcake with the lit candle.

Be sure to do the surveys that they offer, depending on which one you do they will gift you a $10-$20 gaming card for it. We got both the $10 & $20 gifts because we did both surveys after the games and dinner.
