West Coast Jump saved the day! We had a very impromptu Halloween party in our backyard in our trampoline pad had a big rip and we had little kids coming over. No one in the valley that we called had one in stock but when we called West Coast Jump, they bumped us up to put a rush on our order and got our mat to us within six hours! Our party was a success and no one got hurt because of the broken mat. The mat looks like excellent quality and they were so accommodating and easy to work with. I give them an A+!

We are still happy with our mat from West Coast jump. We needed to replace our safety pads so we called this company. They were totally upfront with the cost particularly the cost for shipping. But because we know of their quality and their good service we went ahead and purchased the safety pads. We love the design of the safety pads at the corners. The design also allows you to split the long pads for easy storing. We may have been able to find an overall cheaper pad without the expensive shipping but because we know of the quality of West Coast jump and the great customer service I was happy to pay the extra cost for shipping for what I knew I was going to get.

We needed a new mat for our rectangular trampoline which is about 40 years old. We purchased one off the shelf from another company, but it was two big so we had to send it back. We sent in our old mat to West Coast Jump so they could use it as a pattern. They received it on a Saturday and by the following Thursday we had our new mat which fit perfectly. Very friendly people. I highly recommend this company.

They built an awesome 15 foot square trampoline and our kids absolutely love it. Great product! We purchased our first trampoline over 10 years ago from Dana and sold it with our home. Because this is the one thing our kids use every single day, we knew we had to get a new one.
