Driving through from out of state. The restaurant was very unclean. Sat inside for about 35 minutes - pictures show what I saw. The greasy napkin came from the sides of a “clean” tray that our food was on.

Blood in the bathroom. Food left on tables and the floor. Dried drink stains and fruit flies all around the drink machine. The wait for the food was also about 15 minutes.

You can’t teach people to give a damn if they don’t want to - and problems this big and systemic are a management problem. Definitely needs new leadership.

went to go order food the other day for me and my kids . drive thru was really long so we went inside it was locked so we went back in drive thru and waited in line for another 25 or so minutes. As we got to speaker a girl on headset told me one min , which was fine but I overheard a male say to the girl “ hold on with taking orders for a minute “ and so I’m like GREAT I HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER. So me being me I said “ hello “ with a voice of frustration. And no one answered so I pulled to the window and asked can I speak to manager. You could just tell he didn’t really know what he was doing as a manager . He begin to raise his voice , he had an attitude and so we drove off . Later on that day went to McDonalds close by Wendy’s and as I look over the manger Is taking pictures in front of his own store . No wonder customers are driving off and not being cared for . CUSTOMERS COME FIRST BEFORE PICTURES . Very unprofessional , me and my kids will not be back . This place is nasty now , I can tell they got freshly new staff that don’t know what they are doing . Don’t waste your time here!

Waited in line for over 20 minutes, people had driven off ahead of me , no reason or apology for the excessively long wait, fries were hot and the grilled ranch chicken wrap was actually good , looking in the drive thru window , seemed kind of unsanitary and window was all off track , would I eat here again ? Probably not

BREE provided the best customer service I've ever experienced at a Wendy's! She was very friendly, smiled often, and thorough in making sure my order was right. Food was good, but not very hot. I'm not a huge Wendy's fan, but I'll definitely revisit this location. Also, the prices have increased...

I almost NEVER post negative comments. I like to praise people rather than put them down in reviews, But this needs to be said. It took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru and there was only one other car in front of us, and absolutely zero customers inside. (I went inside to use the restroom and looked around while in there to see what was taking so long which is how I know there was no one inside eating.) the bathroom had no paper towels, no soap, no toilet paper, piss all over the floor making my shoes sticky. I stood at the front counter for five minutes to ask for toilet paper. No one was working. There was one man working and that’s the only person that was inside the building. He was a horrible worker, had a terrible attitude (which I understand how bad it must suck to work alone to be fair.) he was rude and short with us despite us still being kind and understanding of the extremely disgusting environment and the very long wait. Don’t go here. Go next door to McDonald’s or something.

It would have been nice to get my food. I don't usually get to eat at Wendy's because my friends prefer other places but I placed an online order on my computer and sent someone to pick it up. When my friend got there the workers said they didn't have the order I already paid for. He showed them the order confirmation I had gotten in my email that showed everything on the order and that I had paid and they told him they couldn't do anything. They were no help with figuring out why my order wasn't showing up on their screen even though I had the order number and it was at the correct location. There didn't seem to be any management present to help us either. It's disappointing that when I finally convince my friends to give Wendy's a try this is what happens.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. There is always something going on at this location. There was a fight between two employees last week, but I will say manager handled it well. For the past few days this location has apparently been closed with workers at work on the inside. As of yesterday I’m there was a sign on the drive thru that read SYSTEM DOWN. This location needs to be more considerate of its customers. I was a regular customer and the way this location does business is embarrassing in as the location of this business being there is so much traffic on this road where the business is located meaning business could be amazing along with sales if the workers and higher managers would do something about the opening of this location. Also the parking lot is a hot mess as I went last week and also on yesterday where is construction workers looked as if they just through hot pavement in parking lot and left it. No smoothing out no nothing feels like a roller coaster ride when pulling in and remind there’s a lot of traffic so you pretty much have to foot it. It upsets to not only have to see if my front bumper is still in place, but to also sit there wondering why my mobile order is not being accepted. This has been going on for way to long. Tired of the excuses at this location. It’s always system down, don’t have enough workers, and so on so on. Wendy’s get your crap together at this location or close it down cause it’s ridiculous.
