We paid $67 for 1 lane for 1 hour. By the time we got shoes, found a ball and a drink, we had lost 15 minutes of time already because they start the clock when you pay. Would not add time on clock. For 2 Jack and Cokes and 2 pudding shots was $45! Not even talking doubles! Staff was rude to my son and thought his ID was fake. He had to show 3 cards with his name to prove it was really him. Kitchen was closed so no food .. just very disappointed in service. While this alley was a little closer to what we were already doing, we will select differently next time. Couldn't even finish 1 game!

An absolutely wonderful experience, Ward Parkway Lanes brings back memories of the old fashioned bowling alley with wonderful bowling alley food, a great selection of beverages and offers the atmosphere where you can't help but have a blast with your friends, no matter how stressful your day may have been. It's nice to know that please like Ward Parkway Lanes still exists!! It was so much fun, can't wait to go back!

We were there with a work holiday party. One of our older coworkers fell while throwing their first ball. The woman behind the desk came over to admonish her for going over the foul line and didn’t once check to make sure she was okay. The lack of concern was absolutely astounding.

RIGGED ARCADE GAMES!!! We were playing the claw machine and my daughter got an item that was securely in the claw. When the claw went up, it opened completely and dropped the item she had won back into the prize part. And then the claw closed again. I went and told the people at the desk and they could not care less. Gave me 50 cents back. That doesn't do a whole lot when your child was just CHEATED out of something that they really wanted. I have no doubt the bowling alley gets lots of kickback from all of that money, if they don't get all of it. THEY ARE LITERALLY RIGGED ON PURPOSE!!! And the people at the counter are aware of that and DO NOT CARE. Don't waste your money.

Ordered a pizza. Waited 25-30 mins before we went to ask about it was told “pizzas take a while”… after an hour we check again and was told a little disbelieving “oh you’ve been waiting an hour, that seems excessive”…. She went back and turns out they forgot about the order. I got a refund and honestly just more annoyed about the dismissive attitude of the concession woman. If she had listened and checked after the first 25 mins this would’ve have been an issue.
