Fantastic experience! I booked the 3-class intro pack and did barre, bungee fitness, and aerial yoga. All 3 classes were fun and a great workout, with really knowledgeable and encouraging instructors. Bungee and aerial were both a blast!

Everyone I met, instructors and students alike, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ll for sure be back!

I have been going to Waikapu Danceworks for over a year now and I love every class I have taken. Felicia is a patient, knowledgeable, and fun teacher. Her stretch and warm-ups are the best! Celeste is so sweet and her aerial classes are great. Lily is a pro at teaching barre and makes even the hard moves so fun! I recommend this studio to anyone who wants to try dance and fitness group classes. A clean and beautiful space with awesome teachers.

I took a barre class elsewhere for the first time this year and wanted to walk out. I was disappointed in myself and wanted to try again and stumbled upon this studio. Although I was hesitant I’m so glad I took the first step. The instructor, Lily is just AMAZING. Her instructions are clear and encouraging. She provides the steps required for each set and an option to challenge yourself. Barre is an addiction. Small movements that kick and lift your bum. The studio is clean, comfortable and cool. There’s parking right up front. Other classes are offered but for now barre is my favorite ❤️

I love going to Waikapu Danceworks Shastirize class with Misty. I'm not one to go to the gym but was looking for a dance class and tried it out. It's nice to go and focus on just me. They also offer different class bundles that are reasonably priced. Thank you.

The place i call my " safe space". A place where you are accepted, inspired and most of all confident in youself as a woman. This place takes away every worry and keeps me focused on myself. The was definitely the number one factor in bringing me back every week. From taking pole classes, aerial lyra, chair, you name it! The energy is very positive and everyone is so so so supportive. It's a no judgement zone for sure! I'm addicted!

I am obsessed with this place! I have taken their aerial yoga, intro to aerial silks, and intro to pole classes. They also have bungee, twerk, and a ton of other fun classes. If you’re anywhere near the area, you should definitely check it out. It’s super close to Wailuku. Love it so much that I actually sign up as a member. It’s so great.

I have taken an Intro to Burlesque workshop and a community aerial yoga class and they were both amazing in their own ways!
The burlesque class was taught by Felicia, who was welcoming, inspiring and really made myself and the rest of the women feel comfortable to explore ourselves without judgement in each exercise and technique that she taught us.
The aerial class was a community class to support easing the nervous system, as we had recently experienced the wildfires and the fact that they made this class accessible meant so much to me. The instructor made the class accessible for everyone, no matter their height or skill level. It was very gentle and soothing, and I loved working with the aerial hammock as our prop.
Waikapu Danceworks has a beautiful studio, clean equipment, amazing instructors and from the two classes I went to, I could tell they have fostered an amazing community around movement and expression. Thank you for all that you do and can't wait to take more classes!
