I never had any issues with the staff. They were extremely nice and helpful. They helped us take some pictures before we went. I went a little while ago but it was straightforward on buying tickets then going to the top. Cost was slightly pricey. Great views especially in the fall. Plenty of parking.

We went 7/23/23. Absolutely loved it! Took my 13 year old son he loved it to. The lady at the desk was helpful and very nice in letting us know what to do when we arrived. The lady at he top of the tower was awesome where we were safely put in-our harnesses. What a beautiful view from up there too. Highly recommended!!

I would have rated a 5 star if it were not for their confusing way of handling ticketing.

I purchased my tickets online. I got the play all day pass. We first arrived to the tower then realized we had to get our play pass at the farm entrance. But, we had to get the zipline passes in the tower (also purchased online). I we went back for our other pass then I waited in the long line for the zip passes. I get to the front and am told I could just check in with the desk by the front door since I bought online. All the people around me had also been all over the place trying to figure out how to work tickets.

My ride time was about 3pm. Like they say, they can run later. We got on about 315 so not much more of a wait!

A friendly staff for sure! The ride back up came about 5-10 minutes after our ride down.

Over all, it was a great experience and I recommend doing the zipline along with the play all day pass.

A great experience! Four scared first timers, and we would do it again. Johnathan did a wonderful job getting us set up and calming our nerves a bit at the start and Max was friendly and helpful when we arrived at the bottom. Kudos!

Zipline was a blast. This was our family's first time and with the exception of one JERK employee who was sarcastic, rude, and condesending when telling us the park closed at 4pm, it was a lot of fun. I would rate this place much higher except for that employee.
