The tea was HORRIBLE. The staff was not welcoming and didn’t speak even while standing in front of us at the register.
The Tiger Matcha brown sugar latte was DISGUSTING. The Taro boba was nasty with a weird after taste and you can taste the ice/water. To top it off there was no boba/tapioca because “they ran out and were closing soon”. WE WILL NOT BE BACK and we do not recommend anyone to go here. We wanted to give them a chance and were excited. They failed.
Try Boba Bros or Boba Heaven instead.

Had came here to check out a car and needed to use the bathroom, met the owners nephew . Really nice guy got recommended a mango passion fruit with popping boba , really good . Drinking as we still speak , he gave me a bigger size than I ordered .

Thank you again, don’t hesitate to come check this place out!

Tried Viva Boba for the first time this week & I was beyond impressed with their service. Mashallah sweet staff & delicious drinks. Ahlam even made me like 3 sample drinks just because I mentioned a few drink combos. Will definitely be back!

Prompt service. Advice and recommendations friendly if you have no idea what you want. Cute and clean atmosphere. Great for a quick boba stop with friends for a suburban area. We ordered the Orea Tea Latte and the Honeydew Tea Latte. The Oreo TL tasted just like oreos but can be very sweet the more you sip on it. I added brown sugar boba to my Honeydew TL and it complimented the milky Honeydew taste. I would definitely order it again. As for the Oreo TL, beware if you do not have a heavy sweet tooth - made with real oreo chunks as well.

This is me and my daughter’s favorite spot. They have great customer service, it’s always clean, they are really polite. Everytime we stop in this plaza I treat my daughter to BOBA tea. My favorite is the Pina Colada Smoothie with any boba of your chose is good!!!!

It is very nice and tidy inside also so clean! I’m not from Chicago but every time I come down here I have to visit Vida Boba! Their drinks are spectacular and their kindness makes it all better. Shadin helped us choose what we’d like and even offered suggestions! We really appreciated her kindness.

Tried out this location a few days ago. Let me say.. their lavender Boba milk tea is BOMB! beautiful location feels homey and cute! I can't wait to try out more of their teas! Friendly staff.
