Johnathan and Haylee provided great customer service! We went twice this week with teenage Grandchildren from Houston who love bowling. Don’t understand who Chad is that in review that it smells like smoke, we didn’t smell it at all. Prices very reasonable and food was good also. Naturally, we knew the place wasn’t new like kids were used to in Houston. Didn’t stop us from having a great experience and fun!

Place could definitely use some love but it was nice to be back here, definitely a trip down memory lane, no pun intended. The young lady behind the counter was the cutest and my family not speaking great English didn’t seem to faze her whatsoever. I’m assuming she’s not from hispanic roots but I may be wrong. We were just really surprised at how quick she caught on regardless. Food wasn’t great and I wasn’t informed that it was ready. I didn’t realize until using the restroom that my food had just been sitting there getting cold for lord knows how long. I’m not sure if that’s how they run things but tell me why I look over and the woman behind the counter was on her phone?! If you have time to sit on your phone, you have time to either bring the food out or at the very least, inform us that our food was ready. We got a refill on our drinks before we left and met another lady who was the complete opposite and seemed happy to help. I understand people have bad days but even McDonald’s calls out when your food is done. That’s ridiculous. Arcade was a waste of money, half of the machines are unfunctioning, but kids had fun. I’m giving it five stars because you really can’t beat the prices and other than food, the service was great. I didn’t catch her name and I’m not sure why they don’t have name tags but the young lady at the front was so sweet and apologetic especially when it came to the arcade prizes. Half of the tickets didn’t come out so she made sure my kids left happy. Please understand that my review isn’t meant to be negative, just constructive. I’m glad the place hasn’t been torn down yet given how old it is. The carpet is so nostalgic and I appreciate them keeping up with it. I’m sure I’m not the only one but I don’t see enough people talking about it.

I thought it was a NON-SMOKING FACILITY! My family and I have been going here for a while, everything was fine until the last couple weeks. The employees in the back of the lanes have started smoking inside the building. The whole place fills with cigarette smoke. The manger ( Johnathan ) doesn't seem to think it's a big deal. I'm not comfortable with my child being exposed to cigarette smoke.

Went for a kids birthday. We decided to play a game on our own. The balls are horrible for finger placement, and it's like they were rejected of production.
The staff that work there are very friendly.

It's kid friendly with a small arcade room, pool tables, and bowling.
If they had normal bowling balls with correct finger placement and some of lighter weight for the handicap that can not swing heavy weights, it would be the perfect place.

Didn’t even know this bowling alley existed and went with my daughter and her boyfriend and mine at the time, we had a blast! Drank some $2 draft and the place was booming with lights black light and sparkle lights! We will go back here now!
