Stopped in here for breakfast on a Sunday and there was no wait for two of us. Nice staff and quick service, it's a small place with an open kitchen.
Their chilaquiles were some of the best I've had, with super fresh chips that they apparently make daily. It was a perfect portion, I was able to finish everything instead of leaving behind some of a massive plate. My dining partner also really enjoyed the Eggs Benedict. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a well made breakfast for reasonable prices.

Absolutely, delicious food, wonderful family-owned restaurant. They also own Jacob's in Sonoma. I think for the value and food quality, this is one of Sonoma's best restaurants. Wonderful breakfast and lunch menu as well.

Great breakfast! We came twice on our trip to Sonoma and enjoyed the Garden Fresh omelette and the chicken and waffles. Loved the tea selection here, too!

Very clean, excellent service and warm, inviting atmosphere. Large food portions and prices are Very reasonable. The quality of the food is phenomenal. All fresh ingredients including farm fresh eggs!!!! Definitely worth the drive.

I ate here every day for a week. Here’s what’s good: the service is great. The food is delicious. My fave is the French toast. Definitely come early and sit outside! Cuz it’s a small restaurant and can get crowded

Super great new breakfast place. We had the chilaquiles, they chorizo eggs benedict, and the avocado toast with radishes and eggplant. Everything was extremely well flavored and tasty. Great job!

Verano Café Review

I recently visited Verano Café and, while the vibe of the place was great and the location was nice, the overall experience left much to be desired. The biggest issue right off the bat was the parking... There was no dedicated parking at all, and I had to park down the street, which was really inconvenient.

As for the food and drinks, I was disappointed. The orange juice was downright nasty, and the food wasn’t even subpar. It had a lot of room for improvement. The service didn’t help either—the staff seemed inattentive and, strangely, they were wearing t-shirts from other restaurants while using supplies from those places too. It was kind of embarrassing, to be honest.

I do think Verano Café has potential, but they definitely need to step up their game to find it. With some attention to their food, service, and overall professionalism, they could turn things around.

Uhhh, so this is the best food spot I’ve been to in town so far. Possibly the best hash-browns I’ve ever had in my life. Eggs Beni was amazing. Palmegrante mimosa was good but in a small flute.
