BEST customer service and information of any Vape shop I've been to. Any time I need new hardware or juice, this is my first place to stop. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and treat you like a good friend. I can always get the best advice and help when I go there. There Eskobar disposable mods are greatly priced and provide an excellent selection!

For the most part the place is not bad. But neither is others I have been to. However I have had a couple experiences in the last few months I was not happy with. One gal did not seem to be able to tell me much about any flavors or recommendations witch, yeah sure I get it. Sometimes you don't know if you only like a certain flavor. But my most recent one I was disappointed. A bottle is 20.50 or something like that. I did not have a debit card and only had a 50.00 bill. I was informed that if I could not provide a smaller bill I could not buy a bottle or I needed to buy more so that he did not need to give me more than 15.00 back. I have went in before with cash and a 50.00 in the past and had never had someone tell me that before. He would have only had to give me back 29.50 or something like that. I would get it if it were beginning of shift or end but this was mid day. Very disappointing and I have started going else where.

My brothers and I have been going to Vape for several years. Love me a Doyle. However, after several very unpleasant interactions with an employee, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We came back after the employee left. One day, we came in and the employee that left was there again and was now the manager. We were blown away that a person with horrible customer service skills was now the manager. We will not return!!!!!! Our final decision was made when my brother asked if a specific employee was working and they said no that they work evenings. My brother said ok, he'll come back then. She said "I can help you. He acknowledged he would come back when the other employee was working and she said ok but that the other employee was kinda lazy and doesn't know very much but that was his choice.
YES! It is. And, our choice is to not spend our money at VAPE.

Will never shop here again. The girl there sold me a vape and extra stuff I didn't need. Battery charger etc. I didn't need. Very poor customer service. I bought another better vape there a week after buying the tanks and coils for the first pos she sold me. Couldn't exchange the coils I just bought for some I could use. She's more worried about getting me out of the store so she could talk to her friend. For a simple exchange she lost a few customers who used to regularly buy a lot there. Not the only store in town. The owner might want to teach his rude employee customer service. I wouldn't refer anyone here. Pullman just got a new vape store Smoke City really nice store with huge selection and really nice owner! He appreciates his customers! Glad to read the other reviews I'm not the only one who feels they are scammers. I'm so thankful to have found a new store..and you should too!

Last visit was really awkward, wouldn't let me use my discount/rewards at all. I ended up spending twice as much as my online retailer ... I won't be back to this place... Also they sold me the wrong coils, when I asked for a specific one they gave me another without making it clear I was getting switcheroo'd.... Not cool at all guys...

Update for "owner" ... No I have wasted enough money on your shady practices. Multiple reviews like mine... Bad business practices!

I've been going here for most of my vape stuff for over a year. I love how many flavors and brands they have available. They're knowledgeable about the new products coming out, and they're always enthusiastic about finding what will work for you. The last time I was there, I needed a lot of help picking out a new mod, and I was so happy with all the help, advice, and suggestions he was able to give. Thank you for the great customer service and good selection!

The customer service is absolutely amazing!!! They know their customers very well! We talk and catch up when I’m in there and they know the juice I like and the coils I like as well. I do not go to any other vape shop! Love the manager she is an absolute amazing person and the employees I’ve met are amazing as well. Know there information about all systems all juices and it makes you feel so good!
