Such a fun place! I brought two 12-year-old girls and they both had a blast. There wasn't anything that they didn't like. The entire place was clean and everyone there was super friendly. We came for the first time today but I signed up for a membership before we left. We plan on going at least a couple times a week.

Granddaughter loves this place! Many activities, games, sky zip-rail/line. Easy to use the kiosk, and Brie was very helpful, and friendly at arrival! Would have given 5 stars, but restaurant staff wasn’t there for several minutes. Trash was overflowing and tables weren’t wiped down. (Snack bar had good selection of Slushies)The bumper cars were having issues with charging, however this ride was definitely a hit. Massage chairs available for family members waiting while kids played!

So far this is the best trampoline spot for kids. I wish the price were a little more affordable but overall this is a great place to bring your kids/grandkids

Really love the idea and the variety of activities for kids. I walked in very impressed but my opinion went down after spending time there.The down side. Only 2 staff members I interacted with seemed to want to work there. The others looked and acted like it was annoying to have to be at work. While I’m sure it’s not the most rewarding career and know kids can be challenging, I still think employees could be more upbeat and engaged. Quite a few things were not operational. For the cost per person, which I don’t mind paying, fix what’s broken! I try to give balanced and honest reviews. This started as a 5+ and could easily be there if not for the items mentioned above.

Today, we had my daughter's sixth birthday party there. When I chose Urban Air I really liked all of the options and all the things that come with the birthday party. When we walked in, it was extremely clean I could smell that it was clean. Even the bathrooms! Honestly, with all the other places around I think that's very hard to find. We decorated our own party but needed some extra things and we were provided with them. I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful our host was. Brittany was constantly on top of everything. She answered any questions I had, made sure that everything was clean and even mopped up a mess that was made. She helped us do everything that needed to be done to make the party perfect for my daughter. I would absolutely hands down recommend having a party here to anyone and would feel lucky if they got Brittany!

We could have had a better experience here overall. It was our first time here! The staff member at the front desk he was super nice and professional. However I can’t say the same for others. As we walked closer to the ball pit area another staff member was “shouting” at the children. He then proceeded to jump in the ball pit after his rant. He had a bad attitude the entire time we were there which was around 4-5 hours. Also he ignored my children’s access to enter the rope/zip line area. We tried 2/3 times and he stood up in the higher part watching us and never come down. So we missed out on that part after I paid for 2 passes. We enjoyed the climbing area though and staff member there I didn’t catch his name was excellent with children and helpful. He was wearing glasses and a big smile! With that being said if this facility had better trained staff and more attractions properly working. This experience could have been better for us all together!

I attended the birthday party of my niece at Urban Air in Huntsville today. A fun time was had by all. Our party hostess was Brittany Montgomery and she was awesome! Very attentive to the needs of the party guests very helpful answering all our questions! She is the best!!

A fun place to explore, a bit pricey for attractions to be broken/closed. 3 out of 7 bumper cars working created long waits with it already being a busy day. VR was closed at time we went. Hopefully just temporary.

Arcade games are mostly claw machines that take about $2 each in points for 1 play. Added fees just to add points to a play card. $6 to rent a small locker. This location doesn't have the go-cart track.
Felt a little bit like a money grab but kids had a great time and staff was very friendly.
Kids 6 and up will have a blast but there are a couple things toddlers can do.
Waiver process was fairly simple at kiosk and not as complicated as the neighbor's.
