Today, my kids and I embarked on a special trip from Lafayette, Louisiana, to experience the wonderful atmosphere of Urban Air for the first time. From the moment we arrived, Ladonna welcomed us with open arms. Billy Wayne truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, making our visit all the more enjoyable. The customer service was outstanding—10 out of 10!

It felt so comforting, almost like being with family, and I appreciated the warm, inviting environment. My kids are absolutely loving every moment here, and I can’t wait to come back and get them an annual pass. We’re proud to be part of the Urban Air family and look forward to many more joyful visits!

Booked a private room for a 4yo birthday party and would highly recommend choosing any other place , especially for the price you pay and what “quality” you receive.

Our party was booked for 5pm, and we walked into an empty gray “facility-feel” room at 5:10pm. I asked the host about the balloons and she immediately got an attitude. We paid for the balloons. If I knew there will be no balloons I’d have made sure to bring them myself , but when you pay for something you obviously expect it to be ready upon arrival?
Our host (I believe her name was Sugar) not only blew up 3 balloons ONLY while we watched her sit on her phone for most of the time while the kids played, but she also made everyone around feel uncomfortable with her energy and attitude. When I brought this up to the manager, I was told we weren’t the first to complain & that they are about to terminate this person - how can you still allow someone who clearly has no courtesy nor desire to host a party to be put out for such role?

Those 3 balloons felt like a joke

For $25 per kid, you should have plenty of money to pay for a monitoring person in the ball pit. Got teenagers hiding under the balls and reaching up into little girls legs and who knows what else. Pathetic! When Spanish Fort police get called for this, it’s not going to go over well.

Apparently a waiver is not enough nowadays, because flips are straight up not allowed, no exceptions, or else you get banned. I don’t know if this was part of the rebranding, but what else are you supposed to do if you pay $20 to use trampolines?! Also, shoutout to the front desk guy who was very transparent and apologetic for the situation, unlike the old bag manager who can’t get enough staff for the place, because lord knows one person alone flipping is more dangerous than twenty kids running over eachother with no staff nearby. P.S. what exactly is a Pro Zone if all you do is exactly what every other trampoline zone allows? It’s like having Olympic track athletes not allowed to run too fast because someone can get hurt

We had a great time! We had a birthday party, and there was sadly no slots for a party room, but they were so accommodating and made a spot for us to have a successful party. We had kids with special needs and they made sure each kid was comfortable and had a great time. Such a great facility, even with a full crowd on a Saturday afternoon, we were able to enjoy ourselves and have fun.

We had our daughter's birthday here and everything went extremely smoothly. All the kids had an excellent time. The staff was especially nice and accommodating. The pizza was yummy. The whole affair was a bit pricey, but I suppose for a birthday that's okay.

Absolutely awful! Not enough staff controlling the areas. Little kids all in the pro jumping spot, grown adults sitting in the warrior course taking selfies with babies in the way, and way too many people and not enough sitting area. Sky zone is Way better!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. My sister and I came here with our 4 girls. There was zero supervision except at one area. There were kids hiding in the ball pits under the balls and other kids just jumping in on top of them… Absolutely concerning for the little kiddos that wanted to enjoy the ball pit.
Kids were just doing whatever they pleased.
The carpets were filthy and so were the tables.
It was unenjoyable and a waste of money.
It’s definitely super unsafe and would not recommend taking kids under the age of 10.
