Have a membership for my 4 kids and I have been coming here since they opened. I did my twins bday party in September and absolutely had a great experience. The entire staff is great and has the patience for the kids and their parents. This year I have noticed they have planned way more events for the kids and have made it even more interactive. Last weekend we attended the scavenger hunt and that was super cool as well. Today they are having their haunted maze and I absolutely LOVE the staff rising to the occasion and dressing up. Huge shout out to the manager and general manager Loren for putting it together and being front line taking on the long customer line. Thank you all for the hard work you all put in to make this a great turn out for the kids and the parents.

This place is such a scam. Did my daughter’s birthday party, called ahead of time and was told I can set up her room 15 minutes upon her party starting so I purchased a bunch of decorations. Arrived and was told we had to wait 45 mins to get into the room and decorate. Waited again and was told it was another hour. By the time we get into the room we only have 45 minutes to eat, open presents and eat cake. Had to ask 5 times for presents to be brought in and they left a bunch of them behind the counter still. Then they automatically charge 10% gratuity although the party rooms state gratuity is based on the deserved tip. They deserved $5 just off of morality. The service was non existent. Then they charge $17+ for pizza from Marcos who only charges $5. Avoid at all cost. Paid $360 for 45 minutes of a room. Denied me entry to decorate but the 2 other rooms were able to decorate before their party time. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Great place! I took my 3 kids, ages 1, 7, and 12. My oldest had fun although I wouldnt recommend it for kids over 10. It was clean for the most part. The prices are great and my youngest was able to run around in the gated small kids area. Watch out for bigger kids going in there though, as its not monitered. You can wear your own socks and bring your own food and drinks. Big plus!

My only complaint is the rock walls. That seemed to be the favorite and it was only opened up 1 time in the 2 hours we were there. They can only do 2 walls at a time and it was open for maybe 30 minutes. I was told it was do to cleaning and the number of staff working. However, nothing else was cleaned that everyone was touching. Also, there was 1 person working the register and 3 others standing around talking!!

So plenty of staff.

MaeMae Saetern

This indoor park is enjoyable and my kids loved it the first time we visited. The second time I purchased tickets a head time and on a Friday we drove 20 minutes to the North Las Vegas location since it’s closer for us, but just to be turned away since someone rented out the whole entire place for a birthday party. They informed us that the Henderson location was available which would be around a 4O min drive and take away play time for the tickets I paid for since it was 6:30. I checked their website including their Facebook page and there is no information that states this location will be closed to the public except for party members at a certain time. It would be nice to post such information on either site instead of just notifying people upon arrival. It would help others to save an unnecessary trip and disappointment for their kids.

Fun place, clean with really friendly staff. They have a great play structure, a small trampoline area, climbing walls, slides, a ball pit, a ball cannon and a few arcade games. Plus a nice big parents lounge. My kids aged 7-10 loved it here.

we have a membership $20 a month. Unlimited access. Hands-down one of the best things my grandson loves this place and now they have a brand new ball pit talk town is amazing for the little ones and for those that have a little older they have the whole rest of the play area.

Chub A-Lub

Visiting Vegas and decided to surprise my 9 yr old by coming here. Fantastic decision. She absolutely loved it. Plenty to do to keep her busy. Place is well kept, clean and organized. I especially loved the 80s music. Will most definitely come back before our vacation is over.
