For a fast walk up and order cafe this is the spot. They serve breakfast until 10:45 and then lunch food from then on.

The cups in my photos are $34 for the metal ones and $22 for the plastic one. But you get free refills of soda, hot chocolate, tea and coffee the whole time of your stay. And if you bring them back the next time you come you can still use them!

But these as soon as you get here the drinks add up quickly!!!

I would describe this place as Disney’s paradise. Clean, attractive, I recommend the pizza, breakfast waffles, and for dessert I know it is pretty expensive but the Mickey cake looks pretty good.

Lunch/Dinner Menu is nothing exciting and over priced. Pizza is ok, taste like a mix of Costco and Home Run Inn. Few tables to sit at. Fountain and bottled Coke products available.

If you are staying at the resort, make sure you get a refillable drink mug! It is definitely worth the price given how much they charge for single bottles of sodas and water! Ulu café is a useful pitstop throughout your vacation as it offers a bunch of different snacks and dining options throughout the day. They get your orders fulfilled relatively fast even during peak hours. However, be warned a lot of the stuff that they sell especially when it comes to desserts are extremely overpriced. For example, they sell a single chocolate doughnut for six dollars. You’re better off walking across the street to the ABC store and buy your donuts there. They do sell some novelty desserts, which we found cute but ultimately given the price we just didn’t purchase them.

Interesting dilemma. Breakfast orders end at 10:45. Lunch orders begin at 11:00. You literally can't order ahead from 10:45 to 11:00. Why not take the orders early and state a longer wait? This one is a huge customer service problem.

So you reorder at 11. And there us a 15 to 20 minute wait irregardless ?

The food is okay here. Some of the hot food is better than others. Pizza isn't bad when hot/warm. Galbi ribs are pretty good, too.

Grab and go items. Chips, drinks, etc. Reminds me if the grab and go cafes at Disney World. Limited selections but decent tummy fills.

Very limited seating.

The surprise of the trip was how great this cafe was for quick delicious food.
We ate lunch and dinner here. Purchased
treats and snacks throughout the day.
Poke bowls great! Try one.
Be there at 11 am for the Mickey spam musubi. Don’t knock it until you try it.
The macadamia nut crusted fish with curry sauce was the winner of the best meal. Brought it back to the room and enjoyed the meal.

The Ulu Cafe is definitely convenient and is open all day which is great. We ordered plenty of food here throughout our stay and all of the food was very good. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of how it operates. Some food items are grab and go, others you walk up and they prepare it right there, and others you order at the register and wait. The ordering and waiting was always quite long and there was frequent confusion about where they were going to bring the food out to you. Since some food you have immediately and other things require a wait, we often had situations where someone was already done with their food and someone else in our party was still waiting for their food. The simplest solution seems to be to enable mobile ordering which they do have for one other restaurant at the resort. Ordering ahead would eliminate this hassle and make the experience all around more streamlined.

As a side note, if you're looking for refillable mugs and/or popcorn buckets, this is where you get them.
