Love that The Conduit has been invited to perform regular Sound a Meditations here! (4th Saturdays) We love the warmth of the community and the studio is absolutely beautifully designed and a joy to experience.

I just discovered this studio and I really love the vibe here - it reminds me of my favorite yoga studio in Kathmandu that had welcoming people, positive energy and quality instructors who were friendly and took a genuine interest in their students.
I also love the old industrial building it is in. Five stars ✨ ⭐️ ?

This is a beautiful studio space. The instructors -- energetic, knowledgeable, caring -- offer a great workout! The natural wooden floors and spacious room with sun-light streaming in makes this space a delight. Overall, a welcoming place.

I have been doing yoga for about 7 years and really enjoyed the flow and intensity of the foundations class. This is not a class for beginners. I recommend taking an introduction series with another studio before coming here. Does seem more money and business focused than spiritually focused. So if you do yoga mostly for exercise it's the perfect studio for you.
