I found a bike online that I wanted to look at in person. Mark was friendly, not pushy and offered a good price for a great bike. I'm sorry to say that they're changing hands but it looks like Mark and his crew staying, so I'm sure this will be a great place to go back to in the future.

Horrible experience, would never recommend anyone take their bike here for work. They have had my bike for a year back and forth trying to tune rebuilt carbs and can't get them right. Now they are telling me they refuse to work on the bike because Mark the manager only has a retired mechanic who only wants easy jobs after I've spent over 1500 dollars with them trying to get it right. The mechanic who was working on my bike before they had to fire. The whole thing super unprofessional and a huge rip off.

Visiting the area and needed a valve adjustment. Gave me an appointment and ended up calling a day early and told me they had time to get it done. When I got the bike there, they took it right it and had it done in good time. Very happy with the service and price.

Great dealership. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The service department is especially excellent. My most recent visit I was told my motorcycle service would take a week and cost around $150 (it being the first service for the bike that's fair) it was ready for me to pick up in 4 days and the final cost was significantly less than quoted. Big thanks to Twin City Honda

today's service was just fine, we only picked up our bike after its been there for 9 weeks.. couldn't get anyrhing done or answers and it was all warranty work on a brand new bike. The manager is rude and didn't help with the situation, will never take it back there or buy from there again. They had the bike as or longer than we owned and that was just to fix it!!! NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!
