I went with my boyfriend for our anniversary. We have both done a few escape rooms before. We did "hacked" and it was super fun I loved the theme. Kyle D was super nice and friendly, we had a good time chatting with him. We are from Naperville but I have never seen this place before and it was super fun. I liked how unique the themes of all the rooms were. I really liked the use of tech in the puzzles in the room (no spoilers 😉 ) Would def go back again!

My friends and I had a blast working together to complete the escape room at Troubled Puzzles. Kyle D. Was fantastic in explaining the rules/expectations— but also keeping things light and fun. Our group was able to successfully escape from the Museum Heist room— which we all recommend if you are looking for a fun, collaborative challenge.

We plan to be back for another experience in the future!

My daughters and I had a wonderful time at Troubled Puzzles Naperville! There were three of us, the youngest was 9 years old. Kyle D was very helpful and encouraging! We played Hackers. We have played several Escape Rooms before, and this room did not disappoint with the variety of puzzles and tech used. We loved the pipe puzzles and the large safe. We are in Naperville and plan on visiting again as the location is very convenient!

Connor the game master was amazing! We came in as a group of 2 with beginner skill levels. We played the HACKERS room, which had unique puzzles and clues. We enjoyed the color puzzle! We traveled about 50 minutes to play! We both had a great time!

I did the Victorian room with a number of friends and escaped with only nine seconds left! Overall it was a great experience and a lot of fun. My game master, Ashley, was super, and I would highly recommend this location for a fun time doing an escape room.

My husband & I did the Museum Heist Escape Room. We unfortunately did not escape the room, however, we had a great time and we were close for 2 people in a 6-8 people room. Kyle D. our game master was very helpful and knowledgeable of the room. Would DEFINITELY come back and do another escape room.

I quite enjoyed the Victorian murder mystery escape room. Our game master, Ashley, was very helpful and was patient with my many questions and comments. We had eight people, which is perhaps too many for one room, and the room had too many keys (not as interesting as other forms of lock), but overall it was still a great experience and we were able to barely escape and solve the murder! I would recommend.

We had a smaller group, just 4 of us, and none of us had done an escape room before. We all had a blast. It was so much fun. We did the Hideaway room at the Naperville location and Connor was our Gamemaster. He did a great job and helped us as needed. Would definitely go back and try one of the other rooms.
