Celebrated my son’s second birthday here at triple crown!!! Staff was amazing, easy to work with. I had previously reached out about which tables we wanted &’ it was no issue!! Table was waiting when we got there with plenty of seating and space. The process was so easy ! Pizza came out at the exact time i had asked for it to come out! Adults were able to help their toddlers out on the inflatables, I thought was pretty awesome! When our party time was up, I wasn’t able to get the table cleared right on time! All staff was understanding. (Exhausted toddler tantrum ). The only issue I did have was the “older” adults didn’t want to do inflatables, they tried putting money into certain games, none of them worked. I would recommend!!

Came here for my 7 year olds birthday got a nice pizza and was treated fairly. Then soon after opening employees started sleeping while working most arcade games were broke. “ they were just recently maintenance” wasted $20 on arcade games because they wouldn’t give me my money back. Even the claw machines start to come up before closing their claws. Shocked this place is still open.

The kids love it. It's 10-15 for an all day wristband depending on height of child. We didn't eat there but they have a variety of food available. It's great for a rainy day!

Went for a birthday party. Attendants were only at one bounce thing and anyone could get on anything else. They were out of arcade cards so you couldn't play any games, just prize machines that all cost at least $1 each. At least the bathroom was clean, food was ok but pizza wasn't cut at all.

We've visited this location multiple times - each less enticing than the last. This place is going down hill (not that it was ever great). The staff were lackluster, watching shows on a tablet and incredibly unmotivated. The owner must be very paranoid because there are about 5 massive signs that read "NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED". When I asked for a cup of water for my 2 year old daughter I was told "sorry we don't give out free cups". My options were a 2$ bottle of water, or 3.75$ for a cup... There was a drinking fountain which was disgusting.

Kids inflatables: All the good inflatables are gone, replaced with single player games that are not desirable. They were very dirty and seemingly never cleaned. An example image shows the infant slide, not even a simple vacuum. This image was taken shortly after they opened for the day. On this last visit there was a large group of school kids with a great majority of them literally bouncing off the walls. Hurting kids, being rude, cutting in lines, etc. Staff did nothing to help the other paying customers.

Arcade: A ton of games were broken with no signage (see images); too many to count. No desire from management to keep up the games for guests and it shows. These were also dirty, no surprise.

All in, we're done with this place. There are plenty of other options in the area to have fun - this isn't it anymore. I'm happy to answer questions for others considering this sub-par business.

Not busy when I went... But it was early at the open on Friday during school hours. It did start to pick up by the time I left. Inflatables seem OK and the kids seemed to like them. I didn't go with my kids but accompanied a friend with younger kids at 3. Not sure of my kids would like it as much as they are older. But the arcade games would help. Couple of them didn't work at the time I was there. YMMV. Pizza was good would like to try more lol.

The place has had some updates, added little ones areas which is great ! However, the “arcade” side needs a lot of attention. The machines never work, always shut down. The upstairs use to have a huge tube slide for the kids to climb around in but has been shutdown. It is not the cleanest by no means so I am constantly baby wiping my sons hands off & washing them at the end before we leave with soap and water. However, I like that it is a relaxed environment , the workers are not overly strict (let kids be kids) , and they play old school early 2000s R&B music (always cracks me up). The employees are always young teenagers (we don’t mind at all) and the food is normally really good. There tons of entertainment from soccer playing, to random WWE nights.

The girl at the front desk was nice but the guy looking over the bounce houses was rude and would shut down the only 2 good slides they had when he needed to get something to drink or eat.We was their not even(the place opened at 11 we was their at 11:30) 5 minutes and he already left to get something to drink and then my daughter comes up to me and said he closed the big slide and just walked away,took him another 10 minutes to get his food.I asked him why does he keep shutting down the slides when I'm with my children and he said he had to be their to watch but my understanding is that all the houses say jump at your own risk and that children need to be supervised and I was jumping with them.The place was not very clean except the bathroom was pretty clean but the tables and floor were not and half the coin machines didn't work.as a person that lives in Chillicothe not to many places to go ,been going there for years and it just gets worse every year
