This place es so cool my nieces love it Es también muy limpio. Mi única queja es que abre a mediodía/la hora de siesta y luego vuelve a abrir a la hora de la cena/dinner 7 p.m- 9 p.m. Esta ubicación es mejor para bebés en mi opiniión y los niños que esta edad todavía duermen y van a la cama temprano.

Por otro lado, se menciona que los niños mayores disfrutan mucho de la experiencia y se sorprenden de que se ajuste a su tamaño y nivel de energía.

Pretty busy but it was President’s Day & no school, so that was expected. Super fun, 4 & 7 year olds had a blast.

This place is so cool! my nieces love it! It's also very clean.
My only complaint is the hours. It opens at lunch/nap time at noon. And than the evening hours when it open up again is at bedtime/dinner 7 p.m- 9 p.m. This location is best for toddlers in my opinion and most kids that age still nap and go to bed early.

Really cool spot but not accommodating at all
When trying to book a party. It’s a very strict max but the capacity of the facility is higher. Not able to pay any fee additionally per person. The park district rep was nice enough and I’m sure she was just following their rules but still unfortunate and impacts my review.

Had daughter’s birthday party there. Great space for kids to just enjoy and run around! As a non West Chicago resident, it isn’t too expensive! They include all plates napkins and 24 cupcakes with the party. Adults went down the slides too! They are super fast! 🤩 Found out after you can even bring certain alcohols for adults! The big atrium with tables and chairs makes a perfect space for eating and hanging out while kids play.

We had the pleasure of hosting our daughter's 5th birthday party here. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth party. Our party attendant, Ben, had everything prepped and ready before we even got there. The newly designed play area was perfect and my daughter and her friends enjoyed all of the fun slides, tree house and play areas as well as the adorable new party room! We would highly recommend hosting a party here if you'd like to sit back, relax and let the kids have fun.

A few weeks ago we celebrated my daughter's 7-year-2-month birthday at the treetop escape. The food and service was amazing and everyone in my group enjoyed the party. However, I was very disappointed that the so called "grass" they had in installed was in fact not grass but a sort of turf. This was a little disappointing because as a vegetarian and vegan I was not able to pick the grass and eat it. Also, if I had to describe this excursion with 1 word I would say "parrot predicament". I got several complaints from my party that they kept hearing what seemed to be a parrot coming from the ventilation systems. Before I became a nuisance and complained to our personal party attendant, I spent 33.85 minutes searching the entire playground for this parrot to no avail. When I inquired about this to our personal party attendant they claimed it was a built-in sound feature of the play place. This is a very lame excuse to cover up an apparent bird infestation.
