We bought our $1499 Olympus Pro 8 x 14 rectangular trampoline (free shipping) in April 2015. We were assured it would be delivered within 10-days, in time for our daughter's birthday in May. This was a top of the line trampoline, with the best materials and the highest safety rating.

My experience with Customer Service was poor. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email with a shipping date well after the birthday. I called them back because I was very clear when I placed my order that if it would not arrive by the birthday, I would not be placing the order.

The people I spoke with on the phone were unhelpful and unfazed ("no one would have told you delivery would only take 10 days (Um, yes they did. I would not have bought it otherwise) and "it's being shipped from CA to MD, it's on a truck, what do you expect us to do?"), but they eventually promised to send us something for free (basketball net?) to make up for the delivery snafu. After all the back and forth, angst and worry, the thing ended up arriving on time, but the promised freebie item never did show up.; I didn't care, our daughter had her trampoline in time for her birthday.

We paid to have it professionally installed in our back yard ($300). It has sat outside in Maryland weather (snow, rain, etc) and our cheerleader daughter has used it extensively. The ladder only lasted about 2 months. We did not cover it up, or disassemble it during the winter (are you kidding me? Those instructions are just NOT realistic), so we recognize this likely contributed to its deteriorating condition.

We are now looking to buy a replacement trampoline, as the one we purchased 5 years ago from Trampoline Jumpers is broken, torn, worn, and essentially useless. Our daughter says every time she gets on it, one of the straps holding the springs together falls off, or another spring falls off. She is afraid to use it. She also says she wishes the net was closer to the mat, not on the other side of the springs (see 2020 pic).

We essentially paid $360 per year ($30/month) for the convenience of having a trampoline in our backyard. A little higher than I would have liked, but I am posting this review to let others know what to expect, under similar circumstances. On a bright note, no child has yet been injured while using the trampoline.

I wish more folks would post reviews after some time has elapsed, to get a realistic understanding of the product. The fresh out of the box "it looks great" reviews are just not as helpful. How does the thing hold up over time? Eh, okay.

I purchased the 8' x14' Olympus Pro Trampoline in July 2019. One year later the spring pad is deteriorating. I reached out to them and after multiple attempts they finally replied to my email stating they would sell me a new spring pad for half off the normal cost of $390. I've tried emailing back, calling, and stopping by the business unable to get a hold of them! When I last stopped by the office last week, doors were unlocked but no one was there or responding to me saying "Hello!" "Anyone here?" multiple times... Don't waste your time. I should have purchased from a more reputable company, but thought I was doing good by purchasing local from the small guy. What a mistake.

Great company, great staff! I was able to get everything I needed with all the bells and whistles. The Round Trampoline Combo was exactly what I was looking for, and offered at an affordable price. I like the fact that I was able to get a trampoline that wasn't oversized. It was a perfect fit for my young children, and it left me with a lot of extra room in my yard for other activities. The warranty that came with our product is unmatched, and I can already tell how that the trampoline is backed by quality and durability. I talked to a great sales representative. He was able to advise me on what size would be the best fit for my children. He didn't try to oversell me, but also brought the fact that I want the trampoline to last through growth spurts into consideration. I'm sure this trampoline will last a long time, but I will definitely be making my next purchase through Trampoline Jumpers.

I am over the moon for my new trampoline. My husband and I wanted to get our two kids something really great for their birthday and the 16 foot Olympus Pro Trampoline Combo was perfect. The look of excitement on their faces was more than we could have asked for. Plus it keeps our kids active and outside and I never have to worry about them because the product is so sturdy. I was timid at first to buy a trampoline online but I haven't had a better experience! The sales staff was absolutely wonderful and answered all of my questions. And let me tell you, I had quite a few. In the end though I was so impressed by the durability and quality of the product I received. My husband even gets on there sometimes and bounces around with the kids. The care they put in to every step of the process really took my breath away. A HUGE thank you to this wonderful company.

Trampoline Jumpers is one of the best companies I have dealt with when making a purchase! My children have been asking us to buy a trampoline for years. After overcoming the fear that they might get injured, we finally made the purchase. The investment was well worth the money. The customer service was exceptional. They even advised us on the best practices to safely install the trampoline into the ground. This helped to eliminate any fear we had and allowed us to enjoy the trampoline as a family. It is a best product. My kid of 7 years enjoying this trampoline Jumpers for over a 3 months now. It is very sturdy and is holding up great! my kid and his friends use this every day when the weather permits. We have had a few issues with the net but customer service has been helpful and responsive in resolving our concerns. I recommend it to everyone.

If you have overactive children, buying them a trampoline is a top notch solution! If you're the mother of boys you know it's not an easy feat tiring them out. The trampoline we bought from Trampoline Jumpers seems to have done the trick. My husband and I didn't know much about trampolines or what kind we even wanted. We just knew that we wanted one large enough to fit the kids and that had a net for safety reasons. They have excellent customer service and walked us through the entire process. The trampoline is not cheap and is very sturdy. The kids love it so far and so do their friends. It's also gotten them off of their phones/tablets to get a little exercise. Great quality, great service, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I was very well pleased with the purchase of this trampoline . My husband and I was in search of a good one for our daughters birthday . When we went into this store and spoke with someone the customer service was great . Our concern was would it be safe for multiple kids to be on it at once.
