I've enjoyed coming to Tony's for years now. It makes for a great meeting spot for catching up with old friends! The atmosphere lends itself to this very well, with plenty of seating including an outdoor patio and music that isn't obnoxiously loud, but provides a nice ambiance. TV volume is kept low. Restrooms are kept tidy and stocked.

The food is delicious whether it be a donut or a sandwich, though due to the overall state of the economy they have chosen to increase their prices. I personally understand this as just about everything has gone up in price and I'm sure small businesses are feeling it even more than others, but this might scare some people off depending on your budget.

The staff are typically helpful and quick to take your order during mornings/afternoons, but sometimes the evening crews can be lackluster. (Keep in mind the staff does seem to change pretty regularly as many of the employees appear to be teenagers or college-aged kids.) I personally have never been pressured by any staff to leave a tip, though there is a collection jar on the counter near the checkout.

Is there a mild frustration from time to time or a long wait on a busy Sunday morning? Yes, like just about anywhere. But overall, I'm glad to have Tony's as a small business in the Hazelwood community. I highly recommend them to anyone nearby looking for a good meeting place or some tasty food!

Oh, and a special shout-out to Bruno! The man made ordering super-easy to the point I felt inclined to leave a tip. 🙂

My family usually takes out from here but occasionally when we have extra time we will go inside and eat. They are always so kind and get it right every time. Some times our busier than others but they always have such a positive and professional attitude. We really love this place. I highly recommend a Tonys Trio Sandwich. Their fruit smoothies are also GREAT!

I really miss Tony and his mother. I stopped coming here for over a year because of a previous worker. I've recently been coming back and will probably have to give it a break again. I placed on order online....so there should be no confusion or misunderstanding about what I ordered. Today I ordered a ham, egg and cheese croissant. No phone call from them but was told when I got there that they are out of croissants. Ok fine so I said give me Texas toast. I get home and I have a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce on it? I just don't understand why the service at multiple restaurants is subpar. And for some reason I get resistance when asking for chipotle sauce. There is a button for extra chipotle sauce. I know because Tony and his mother had to point it out to several workers when they were at this location. I purposely request extra sauce on the side because if I request on the sandwich the workers will not actually put it on the sandwich. It is not coming out of anyone's paycheck....I want to pay the fee for the extra sauce...so why is it such an amazement or big deal that I'm ok with paying for extra sauce? I also just realized I asked for an apple turnover...I have no clue what this pastry is. I spent another $16 on donuts, milk and orange so I wouldn't have to stop at the grocery....just to not get what I asked for smh.

Very good donuts. I ordered them through doordash so they were slightly cold but other than that they were pretty good.

Was in town for work and tried this place- on the first visit I went with a apple fritter, it wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special either. When I went back for the second time, I got the buttermilk cake donut and the cheese danish and both were very fresh and very delicious! The staff is super friendly and efficient

There were missing items from two separate orders on different occasions. Strawberry shortcake on one order and a bagel and cream cheese on the other. If they dont have items in stock they need to contact the paying customer for a substitution. Thought this was common sense.

Drive-through is slower than molasses, there was only one car ahead of me and I still had to wait 15 minutes. I called them on the phone and asked how much longer is it going to take? They said the car ahead of me is getting sandwiches and both orders are ready. When I get to the window I still have to wait an additional five minutes for my sandwich after I paid for my order.
