We love The Well 4:14! Not only do they serve great tea and coffee drinks, they really shine with their lunch and dessert menu! Everything is made fresh and has excellent flavor combinations!
The desserts are incredible and the selection is diverse. Something for everyone here!
The environment is welcoming with open spacing and great for a lunch for two or a group of friends. If you are looking for a place to study or get together with friends, The Well 4:14 is the perfect atmosphere for both!
You’ll feel welcome as soon as you step inside and the whole experience will have you wanting to come back again and again!

This is my first time here, as I am just passing through. It is a lovely coffee bar right off the square with different varieties of fall drinks, plenty of space, and Christian music. The iced white pumpkin breve shaken espresso (with almond milk) was amazing!

Sit down, relax. This place has comfy chairs and a couch, tables for 2 or 4 or make it a group gathering.
I really like the overall theme and atmosphere. Comforting...encouraging...and peaceful. Not to mention the selections and quality of the coffee/drinks. Staff is very pleasant.
NOT like the chain coffee shops, where you're just one of many. The Well gives you the personal care.
I'm making this my Go-To morning stop.

I, being pregnant, had a craving for a good sandwich and a fantastic iced coffee. After doing some research I found The Well had the best prices with a great rating. Plus it's a new place to try so it was quite exciting.

It's a lot bigger on the inside than you would think, but the tall ceilings causes noise to bounce off at certain angles and make you think someone is beside you when there's no one there.

It's more of a café/bistro so the tables aren't big, but they had plenty of seating, and the large windows provided a lot of natural light.

You place your order at the counter, and then they bring it to you at the table if you're dining in (which is what we did). The only issue I found with this is that if you're unsure of what you want, there tends to be some pressure from people who are standing behind you. However, in our case there was a very kind woman behind the counter who was patient with us, and gave us suggestions on some specialty drinks so it made deciding less stressful.

Our food and drinks arrived in a timely manner, and the portions were great for the price. I ordered "The Well Deli" and it was so delicious! It also came with chips so I had a sweet & salty flavor with my "Turtle Dove" specialty drink.

All in all I awoke with a mighty craving and I received exactly what I wanted. 9/10 I will be back for another sandwich!

My husband and I stopped in here on a trip we were on. Sat for a long while speaking with the owner. Wonderful woman! Hard working and so very kind. I hope we get back that way again soon and can stop in for coffee and lunch.

If you have not eaten at The Well my suggestion would be that you go there. I am from Peoria Illinois, my son Ted and his family live in bolivar Missouri and their daughter Scarlett, my granddaughter, works at The Well and she loves it. She took us out to eat there and I’m telling you the food is delicious the place inside is beautiful and I wish I would’ve met the lady that owns it my granddaughter Scarlett Loves working there. I really do advise you to try eating there I say pack the place. I know that every time we come to town we will be going to the world to eat.

The atmosphere is great and has a very good coffee shop vibe. Very roomy, tables are not to close. Good menu for breakfast and lunch. I had biscuits and gravy, good flavor, and big portions. Mocha was good and they have several sugar free flavors. I will be back.
