Crack open the vault and what do you have a place for adult and family fun located in the south suburbs. This place has a nice selection of games and a great bar as well! The hours are late even on a Sunday! Need to break the monotony of the work week try going to the vault and having good old fashioned fun on a Monday night!

The ambiance was amazing but the bartender was so nasty and rude to me & my husband. She argued with me that I had not been waiting 30 minutes to get her attention for some condiments to go with our food. She yelled so loudly at me about the exact amount of time that I had been waiting for her to come back, but yet out food was cold to the touch. So that was already strike One. And the food took a hour and a half to come out anyways and we only ordered shareable wings and burgers.Then, while talking to another customer, she yells louldly "I cooked your food, I cooked their food (pointing to me and my husband), I COOKED EVERYONE'S FOOD!" At this point, I felt very disrespected and got up and left. I have never felt so disrespected by my own kind. Despite the nasty bitter bartender, the place is actually nice. Too bad we couldn't even enjoy it.

I will never ever go back just because of the staff they made the experience the worst but remove half of them then 5 stars but customer service is always the most important thing they lack that. Read the reviews for the western address they are worst

Very pleasant, the staff was great, the food was excellent and came in the time expected. I definitely want to bring my kids, they have a game room open to customers and have private parties. I definitely will be trying them out again. Today was a re opening so every thing was pretty decent I had no complaints at all, lots of new faces and a better much experience 😊 oh and the bartender was very nice. Her name was Lele, she go get you right 😵‍💫🥴

We had our national guard Xmas event here. This place was very nice. Opened early. And can host large parties. It's a great place for families with kids.

The Vault club over priced and they change the price to up charge as they see fit. If a person is having a birthday party there and they arrive before 10:30 they should not have to pay more than the $20 that was told to them prior to arrival. In addition, prices should be in place prior to arrival; and not changing at the last minute. For example two tables in a section for $400 is ridiculous. The price quoted before was 2 tables for $250.
Manager on the Raven side, had an attitude, but was compromising when entering from Ravens side to get to the vault side because both parties are connected somewhat. I understand it’s a business, but a business should stay professional at all times and their word should be their bond when conducting business to have clients not just customers.

People like to pay for a nice ambiance with good entertainment, food and drinks. I truly hope their legacy last longer than Secrets.

Had my daughter’s 15th birthday party there. The food was very good, the service was excellent, staff went above and beyond to make sure our party went well. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a birthday party there for any age.

The Vault side for adults which transforms into or is a lounge/nightclub type setting was not my cup of tea. The parking lot is not free to park your vehicle, expect to pay $25 or $50 if you want to be closer to the door. There will be a stop and frisk prior to entering, this is what really rubbed me the wrong way. I am an advocate for safety and with the gun violence in Chicago and other major cities, it is imperative to stay on top of ensuring patrons are safe and secure, however, the female guard was inappropriate. I was checked by her in areas my OBGYN and TSA don't. There needs to be additional training with the front security staff, patrons should not feel violated when entering the premises. There are so many areas of improvement with this establishment from the front of the house to the back of the house. The ambiance for outdoor tables could be improved, fans with misters or lighting at the tables are minor add-on's that would make a difference. Add a few highboy tables or at least 6 chairs for the round tables. Attention to detail is lacking. We visited on a Sunday for a birthday celebration and unfortunately my expectations were not met but there were people in our group that had a decent time. The policies at the Vault are inconsistent and are confusing. What is allowable needs to be clearly stated as much as what is not allowed on the premises. This business needs a PR/Marketing and design team. The establishment apparently has two businesses in one...which isn't clear on the FB page since there is no website for the venue. The amusement side and the nightclub side. Admission for the nightclub was $25 in advance if you purchased a ticket or $40 at the door. Not sure how much a table cost to reserve but you have the option of indoors or outdoors. The bottle service was decently priced and the food options, however, if you're hungry don't expect fast service because our items all arrived separately after waiting just over an hour for an order of chicken wings, strips, fried corn and mac & cheese...our sides arrived at the table last. On the plus side, the DJ was great, the security was in eye sight the entire time and the crowd wasn't rowdy. This venue could be great, they just need to make some serious adjustments. I do not plan to return, this was not my cup of tea.
