It'd be nice to have a 12&under day/night
As well as a night for older kids/teens.
Smaller kids get trampled in the chaos.
Also, there should be some ADULT staff at all times rather than moody teens. Music choice and was 'ok' atmosphere was nice, pretty pricey, but the kids had a good time.

This place was fun for the kids at my grand daughter’s 7th birthday a couple weeks ago. They even have roller walkers in different sizes for the kids or adults that need help skating. Plays good steady music and lights. Also serves pizza for reserved parties and drinks I believe. Food is pretty cheap otherwise though if you’re not with a party. But it Probably depends on what party pack you choose and how long it is reserved for….aka how much you spend. The only downside to me was that it’s pretty small because the rink takes up most of the space….its pretty big. There’s only a few tables or benches for people to sit at so unless you’re there with a party you really don’t have any where to sit down if you’re not skating. Also if there’s a lot of teenagers like there was when we had our party it’s impossible to keep the smaller younger kids separate from the older kids on the skating floor. So you have to watch out so they don’t get ran over by some that are immature or showing out. Other than that I’d say it’s a pretty fun place if you’re looking to skate and nothing else. Next door by the same building there is a huge bowling alley that has a game room for kids and food and drinks as well and alcohol. So you could do either one or one and then the other. I’d recommend for a kids birthday party…as the kids had a blast and skated almost the entire 2 hours.

We had a party there for my daughter's fifth birthday. The owners, staff, and venue were all wonderful! My family will definitely be back to enjoy The Rink. Fun for all aged 2 to 73!

Thank you so much for allowing us to host our party at The Rink last night. All of my cheerleaders and their families said they had a great time and loved skating. The set up was great & the food was delicious. A great time was had by all. I give y'all 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

whenever i went it was going very good i can skate very good had no problems with that but i broke my skates about a week or so ago so i had to use theirs and whenever i got them THE STRING BROKE OFF and my friend needed me to tie hers and first of all one was orange and the other was black did not match at all and whenever i traded them THEY WERE STILL DIFFERENT COLORS and the string was half way cut so it was impossible to tie and she fell the second they came undone and lets talk about when you go there to pay they give you a band the band was so tight IT CUT ME and i might get aids and i had to drive 45 mins just to cut and fall please check this out because im going to the doctor and i might have aids.

On 1/20/2024 drove an hour to get there just to find out that they have a policy of NO black wheels and NO black brakes on your personal skates. This rule is not presented on their website or FB page. Nor did they inform me when I called ahead to clarify their hours. Speaking to the owner whom is clearly fond of excusing herself for only having owned the place for 2 years (look at other reviews) she was apologetic and I was being respectful about wanting to folow the rules and getting her to understand that those rules need be posted for patrons to know ahead of time. BTW, the 2 songs that played as I waited and then spoke with the owner were vulgar rap songs quite inappropriate for young children to hear as they skate. It's a shame this owner doesn't make the changes necessary to make the rink ACTUALLY family friendly and evidently values her precious white floor over alowing patrons to use their own skates. Very disappointing.

The music was inappropriate. It’s a skating rink, not a nightclub. Children should not be listening to the explicit version of “Get Low.” Censored versions of music do exist. There should be no charge to use the skatemate because most children need one, or at least reduce the price. Another entrance from the seating area into the rink would be useful as it was very congested with both skaters and non-participants.
