I love it here. My apartment is fantastic. The office staff is amazing! Management has changed hands since I've been here but over all it's been great regardless of who's managing. The rent is a little much but it is worth it to be part of a community. Shayla is my favorite in the office and when I lost my job and found a new one they worked with me and allowed for me to be late with a promise to pay. No anxiety-driving or threatening notices. As long as you tell them what's going on they will be there for you and do whatever they have to to keep you in your home. I love the pond and feeding the turtles. (Which don't mind hand feeding...btw. they will come up on the bank and accept bites of lettuce). I love my home here

My overall opinion of this complex is good. There are a few things that keep me from posting an excellent rating.
First, the property is advertised as a gated community. There's no fence across the property at the side exposed to Thomas Drive and the entire time I've lived here the front entrance has been closed and usable for less than one week.
Second, the trash receptacle for the property has been jammed countless times. I realize that can happen. The real issue is it's never been washed down after people have left their gar age on the platform. It needs pressure washed. It is right up front where potential tenants enter. Third, the pool is locked at dusk and sometimes earlier. It isn't unlocked sometimes until 10am. Could we not be treated as adults and use a magnetic card lock on the pool area as well?
Fourth , the clubhouse is listed as an amenity. Why can we not access it after the offices are closed.
Fifth, fix the dog park! Add a bench or two inside and repair the gate properly
The maintenance has had some transition. They have done a great job in taking care of my needs. Thanks. I do love my apartment and the staff.

This Place is rat and roach infested no one should live here it need to be close and demolish are hire new staff and fire all those lazy staff especially (shayla!!) because we’ve reported this problem to her about 10 times she doesn’t do any more than give us attitude about it.! Worst experience living here swear please don’t move here!!

5 stars!! I was in quite a bind with my living situation due to circumstances out of my control, and this place saved my life!! Stephanie is amazing and she got me in and taken care of in a matter of 5 days!! I could not have asked for a better experience! Love my new home!!?

My experience at the place at grand lagoon, was exquisite on Monday, I felt at home, the apartment is very nice and pet friendly, the pool area is very nice, clean and comfortable, the gym is also beautiful and I would definitely recommend my family and friends to live here. The bedrooms is very spacious with nice walk in closet, the kitchen and living rooms area is also amazing, indeed love everything about the community.

First review is flagged so here is another try. Moving here is a health hazard, we have been dealing with roaches almost the entirety of living here, all of our neighbors have it the office has had them. The Pest control has told me it's horrible here. They let us move in knowing these buildings are infested, they're in everything, the walls, fridge, door frames, furniture, faucets etc. We had to throw away our couch and more furniture is next. Dressers are full of roach poop and crawl on your beds, it's AWFUL. We move around for military and never dealt with this issue before. Please avoid if you have children or babies they can cause asthma and other health issues. I have found one in her diaper. Please avoid :')
