Had the pizza and salad bar buffet. Good prices. Pizza was good i am just not fond of the sweeter sauce. Crust was amazing

Worst dining experience I have had in a long time. Was attending the Ford Show this weekend. Decided to stop at The Outpost for lunch. First we had to wait almost an hour just to get a table. Said they were short on staff. You would think that they would have staffed up better for such a big event going on in town. They showed a shrimp basket as a special on the menu board. When I tried to order it, I was told that they were sold out. Took almost a half hour to get our food. I ordered onion rings with my fish sandwich. They brought me fries. Charged me for three drinks when we only had two drinks. There were all kinds of apologies given for the waits but it didn’t make up for the horrible experience.

Apps were not cooked properly. The service was slow. They had 2 servers, which messed up continuously. I will not be going back. It's not improved much in my opinion. Salad bar leaves you wanting more due to not much to put on a "salad." The steak was ok. It's a cheap steak with no flavor, which I totally expected. After lil salt n pepper, it was good.

If there is a blue cheese burger on the menu, I'll order it. The burger of the week was a blue cheese burger. So of course, I ordered it. I have been sorely disappointed many times. This was not one of them. I asked if they could add bacon, "of course" I was told and selected the fries for my side. When the burger arrived, I tried the fries... Oh my, the fries were fantastic. They blew me away, they were golden brown and delicious. Crispy crunchy on the outside and fluffy and savory on the inside. The burger was even better. In fact, I have not had a blue cheese burger as delicious in decades. The blue cheese was very high quality, the burger was crispy, and well seasoned. All the food our group ordered was exceptional. Jalapeno cheese curds, wings, chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and salad were brilliantly executed. Too bad I live six hours away, otherwise this would be a regular stop

Excellent service and food. Had the smoked pork chop which was tender and flavorful. The baked potato was delicious. The tater tots were crisp and great.

Friday evening , i had one piece catfish , onion rings, slaw and hush puppies. Wife had shrimp, tots, slaw. All was great !!

Turtle Cheesecake Pie is Wonderful!!
Coconut pie is stupendous! Sugar Cookies and fudge are amazing.
