Moving to The Mill was one of the smartest decisions we’ve ever made! The apartments are spacious with nice finishes. The landscaping and setting are picturesque. The buildings are beautifully maintained, and the staff is attentive, kind, and helpful (special shout out to Nicole).

My fiancé and I moved in this summer from NYC - the building management, especially Nicole Coates, made this transition seamless and easy. Nicole was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our move in experience a good one. The property at The Mill is beautiful, it overlooks a waterfall and is quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we were looking for. The apartments are modern, updated and have stunning floor to ceiling windows, letting in a ton of natural light. You couldn’t ask for a better location or staff!

Just leased my second apartment here. Such a beautiful setting, overlooking the waterfall. The apartments are beautifully laid out. Open floor plan, modern design , high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, high end appliances and fixtures. Exceptional staff. Perfect location.

Rented my apartment sight unseen. Area is beautiful and convenient and renovations to both buildings were beautifully executed and apartment is wonderful. Great service from building management, responsiveness and constant improvements being made. Could not have asked for a smoother and more pleasant transition to life in Greenwich.

All marketing, don’t believe anything you see on the website. The apartments aren’t updated as to what’s actually available - which is nothing. Terrible communication and very unprofessional. We had scheduled a tour to view an apartment, only to find out there weren’t any units left. I had to call (several times before someone answered) to find this out. If I hadn’t called, we would’ve driven two hours to find out nothing is available. Not to mention, the woman I spoke to was very rude and off putting. I felt like I was bothering her - I had to follow up several times via email to even get a response. Super disappointed.
