The pool is fun but the concessions are horrible. Teenagers working with no work ethic what so ever. One of them on their phone while the other moves at a snails pace with no purpose whatsoever. Wanted a cheeseburger and was told it would be 20 minutes (to microwave by the way) so l ordered a hot dog instead. After 15 minutes, they decided to microwave my $4 hot dog. A cheeseburger ordered after me was done and served before my hot dog. I would give 0 stars if that was an option

I used to be a member here. I’m not anymore. How are you guys gonna deny my access to play basketball if I’m not a member even though I was one for years. Even when I can get in to play basketball on the occasion. It’s always so packed because you close half of your gym for some weak games of pickleball. It never used to be this bad but now since you guys are declining access to non members even if we live in des Peres or kirkwood, I’ve had it.

My wife and I just started going here about a month ago. Overall, its okay- about what you would expect for a community center, cleaner than some of the others I've experienced though.

My one complaint is that they did not send out any sort of communication regarding their "down" time for maintenance-causing scores of their customers to find out after making the drive. A gigantic waste of time and money for those of that need every bit of those that we can get. In addition to not letting their patrons know about this down time, they also charged full price for this month despite the majority of services not being available.

I would also like to add that the swimming lanes are not open as often as one would like. The swimming was the main reason we chose this location and it's hardly available

Just signed on to a membership for the whole family. Place is very nice and front desk has been very friendly and easy to talk to.

Indoor pool is very nice and honestly one of the cleanest I have been to. Wave pool too, so bonus there. Great separate splash/water area for toddlers, my youngest (he's a little over 1) loves it.

Hot tub is down for repairs, wife and I have been told its down until between late January through early March, depending on staff members you talk to there. Regardless of when it will actually be back up and running... hopefully its back up soon. That was kind of a bummer.

There are sauna and steam rooms. I was surprised to see children playing in the steam room.

Good-sized full court gym. There were several people there playing basketball, multiple courts. The workout room has modern equipment. Nice indoor track so you can get your laps in regardless of weather conditions.

Indoor and outdoor concessions areas for basic snacks and drinks.

Outdoor pool looks amazing, although I think the outdoor pool only gets to about 3'6" at max depth. So if you want to cannonball or do some diving, it will need to be on the indoor pool. That being said, the outdoor pool has a massive slide, a lazy river. Very nice indoor and outdoor pool facilities, I can't express this enough.

My only gripe is the pool schedule. Open swim currently is Friday-Sunday afternoons into early-ish evenings. Honestly, I wasn't aware of this until after we paid our membership fees (which for a family our size is pretty spendy $$). So in the off-season, if you want to take your kids swimming indoors, plan on Friday through Sunday, Monday through Thursday is off limits unless its a holiday.

All in all, place is very nice and for facilities this nice, I can deal with the pool schedule. Looking forward to hitting my New Years goals by using the gym and my kids enjoying the pool. Hopefully the hot tub is fixed soon (wink wink, nudge nudge) 🙂

It is a great location for Birthday swim party. The kids loved the wave pool and water slide. The Lodge is clean and well maintained with excellent staff.

This place is quite cheap for what u get (10$ non resident ) I only went to the pool so I wont be talking about the gym and other stuff but the pool has 3 slides, wavepool, lazy river and some other stuff. The hot tub is 16 and older so quite strict there but no problem. Quite a fun place

Not friendly to people with disabilities & super rude!! My company called and spoke with a member of their team around three times to get everything okayed and confirmed, we were told that 50-75 people would be okay, that we would be able to get our catering in, and that we’d be fine to start a tab and pay for everyone at the end. Upon arrival I had to speak with three different people before being brought to a manager, Eric, who was super rude & condescending, who told me that they had no knowledge of this event taking place, nothing on their books for it, and that they couldn’t accommodate that many people even though all of those things had been previously discussed and we were told we would be good to go! He also told us that payment had to be discussed outside of the gates because it wasn’t “their staff’s issue,” which seems super odd considering they’re literally there to admit people. When Eric heard our company’s name had the word “autism” in it, he squinted down at me and said “will there be people with autism coming because this isn’t something that we’d be able to deal with unless they have support people with them.” Overall not a great experience for a super mediocre pool & every single member of their staff that I spoke to (about 5 people) were very rude. Wouldn’t recommend going here, especially if you’re disabled in any way.
