I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and support provided by Billy, Marta, and the entire team at the lab in Ketchum, Idaho. Two years ago, I was struggling with postpartum hormones and feeling utterly exhausted from the demands of motherhood to two young, active boys. A dear friend recommended the lab during our visit to the valley, and it was a game-changer.

From the moment I walked in, Billy and Marta's compassion and expertise shone through. Billy took the time to listen to my concerns, and discussed personalized options for me. His thoroughness and genuine concern were truly remarkable.

My husband and I were so impressed that he immediately booked an appointment for himself. Billy and Marta went above and beyond to accommodate us, crafting a tailored action plan for both of us.

Fast forward two years, and I can confidently say that I've never been healthier. Not only have their services transformed our health, but their friendship and unwavering support have been a beacon of light during challenging times.

Even living in a different time zone, the distance has never been an issue when it comes to needing help or advice. Well, I'm not one to leave public reviews but I got to say... I am really motivated to leave this review. Mostly because of my life changing results. But not only me, my family as well. Staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. And everything they advised was correct. Results were quick, fun, and definitely very noticeable. I feel like I'm in my younger years again but this time with all the knowledge.

I love this place so much!!! Super knowledgeable staff, and incredibly thorough. Went in feeling sluggish with no energy. A few weeks later I feel better than ever. Kara is an amazing provider. She really made sure that I was comfortable and calm, and worked hard to accurately diagnose my problem. Highly recommend!

I am in the medical field and I know what empathy and respect to our patients should be like. I have no complaints about the medical staff they are kind and caring but, the front desk staff (Marta) is very unprofessional and rude. I almost felt discriminated at some point. I suggest better training.
