I can definitively say this place has some of the best value ice cream in Bannock County. The flavors are abundant, and the taste is sweet and textured with everything needed to perfectly scratch your ice cream itch. The service area is not anything special, but frankly, that is completely insignificant compared to the incredible taste. This is all topped off by the unbelievably cheap prices! They do not take card, but take the take to get just $10 from the ATM, and you can get incredible ice cream for the whole family.

It's a small local place but great Farr's ice cream at $1 a scoop. Not much seating, but service was good and ice cream was tasty.

Ice cream selection is massive and tasty; the shop is pretty bare bones and can get crowded. The night we went, the place was packed and only one employee to scoop. She had a great attitude, but it too a long time to get served. Oh, and the scoops are cheap. Extremely cheap. How do they make a profit

My go to for ice cream the service is great I would say the decor is average wish they would really lean on the interior being a jungle but their ice cream makes up for the lack of decor they do have chairs on the inside however I just take my ice cream to go

My family and I had an enjoyable time at the Jungle ReTreat while passing through Pocatello. The Farr’s Ice Cream was good, and there was a large selection to choose from. Unfortunately, there are no public restrooms and only cash is accepted as payment. As many have previously mentioned, the dining area is in some need of attention. The utilitarian and dilapidated décor of the ice cream parlor stands in strong contrast to the whimsically immersive décor of the Jungle Retreat party room. Some cosmetic modifications to the parlor such as incorporating fake plants or a straw hut facade in front of the cash register would go far in creating a more inviting and hospitable feel.
