These people still believe they own the parking in front of the building, our taxes pay to maintain it, not them. It belongs to the city. They're allowed to deface our vehicles with unauthorized parking stickers. The police won't do anything about the owners defacing vehicles in front of their building. If they really owned those spots they'd have long since towed any vehicles parked there. Instead they deface them with stickers that don't easily come off. Call the alderman and complain if your vehicle is also defaced by these entitled property owners. They are not entitled to parking spaces that we manage with our taxes.

I had the pleasure of living here over the past 2 years and it was a great experience. The management team was very efficient in resolving any issues we had. Admir was able to help us transfer our lease into one of the larger townhome apartments so that we could host family more frequently, and the transition was very smooth.

Thus far, my experience has been exceptionally positive. Admir has been incredibly helpful when I have had to call audibles regarding my move-in date and time. The unit and building are exceptionally clean and offer great value for the city.

I couldn’t wait to move. Did not like this place at all. There was so many problems- air conditioner , washing machine and don’t let me get started on the noise. The ceiling is made of paper because I can hear everything my Neigbors were watching, talking about, when they were walking even heard the cat/dog walking /playing.
I do have to say Admir was wonderful, he was pleasant, understanding and always reachable.
