We waited 20 minutes for a lane with bumpers. When they told us it was ready, the bumpers never came up. We told them and they said they couldn't make the bumpers come up. Then we had to tell them multiple times that the balls were not being returned. Customer service was terrible! Do Not recommend and will not be back!! What was supposed to be a fun date night with the kids was ruined by Fast Lanes!

I homeschool my children. We've taken full advantage of The Fast Lanes - Homeschool Bowling on Monday afternoons from 1pm-3pm. It also counts as homeschool PE credits! We have fun and they're always excited to go. The staff at the entertainment center is AWESOME and super helpful! Thank you for GREAT Mondays!

Lanes were nice and ball selection was ok. Balls were not overly damaged. Staff was lacking on availability for issues with lanes. We had a few times that the lanes would reset all pins after the 1st frame and once we hit the assist button nobody showed.
