I recently started classes and The Den and it’s safe to say I’m hooked! As a yoga teacher myself, these workouts are the perfect balance of low impact strength and flexibility. I never leave a class without dripping sweat and shaking legs. The location is beautiful and the owner Chelsey is so sweet. Highly recommend!

I've been doing Pilates at The Den for about 6 weeks now and it has been a complete game changer. Back pain, gone. Finally I'm able to run and surf again without any pain. The app makes it super easy to reserve a spot and there are a ton of class days and times to choose from which is great for those with busy schedules. The studio is in a beautiful spot and the instructors are all amazing and each offers something a little different.

Where to begin... I am a fitness fanatic, having tried every class/workout under the sun, this is by far the hardest/most rewarding class there is. The vibes are immaculate, complete with plants, mirrors, great equipment, and a furry welcome committee! Super knowledgeable and welcoming instructors always deliver a solid sweat session.
