The cleanliness is a serious issue in the women’s bathroom which I’ve mentioned to the staff several times, especially regarding the showers.

There was a used dirty Band-Aid in the first shower which I was using on the left on the pull out seat for over six weeks!!!

It was very obvious to see that no one cleaned that shower for six weeks!!!

There were some long black hairs in the other shower, which I slid underneath the mat just to see if anyone pulled it up to clean.

I went back a twice in two weeks , and the hairs are still under the shower mat which means no one’s cleaned it in two weeks!!!

I’ve mentioned these to the staff and manager, and rather than fix the problem, they told me that since I was dissatisfied with their fitness center that I was no longer allowed to come there!!!

I like the owner Linda so much. I feel sad that I have to write this terrible review but her managers have treated me horribly And possibly never told Linda what was happening that they’re cleaning person was never cleaning in the bathrooms

This is an obvious health concern
That I should have reported to the health department and maybe I still will.

This gym is conveniently located near my home. The plus is that it has a sauna. Every morning when I come in, I turn it on so that It can be hot after I workout. The other ladies who uses the sauna turns it off after they use it which is frustrating because after my workout I have to wait for it to get hot again.

This morning, I asked the young lady at the front desk if she could have a sign asking them to leave it on and she said, no. There has to be something that can be done about this. I suggested a sign asking them to leave it on unless it’s a worker and that was rejected as well.

I am paying extra to use to the sauna. This should really not be a problem.

Great and comfortable facilities. The staff has been nothing but helpful, and the owners are amazing. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking where to start or continue their workout.

Switched gyms not too long ago to this one and to be brief, I was impressed the first day trying it out. Welcoming staff, overall neat environment, wide-range of machines and free weights up to 125lbs to utilize had me sold. Outside area had a pool and workout area as well which was cool. Looking forward to trying out the sauna, too. Seems like there are some cool new changes coming along, can't wait to see what they add in the future here. 5/5.

This has been my home gym for the past 5 years. I am one of those people who gets bored easily and has had a habit of working out for a while and then dropping out for a while. Since I joined World Gym in Yuma, I am happy to say that I have been able to be consistent and feel great about my physical health. They offer a great variety of classes and have loads of equipment to keep me interested and busy. The staff are always helpful and very friendly.

The owner rudely spoke to my team and I about a situation that could have been handled differently. He came inside while we were practicing and claimed while RAISING his voice that the stereo we were using was only for trainers to use, which we were never told. Every time we were there to practice the staff was friendly and never told us anything. The stereo is there, it has instructions, and the trainers usually set it up so there was no way we could brake such expensive material since he also claimed that we could have broke it. It is 3:59 pm we could have still been practicing but we felt threatened and left. It's amazing how if we want to complain it has to be to that owner. Staff I love you but your boss is not professional.
