My family of 8, ranging in age from 8 to 74 years old, all had a fun time at The Bureau. For some of us, it was our first try at an escape room. For others in our party, they have tried it before. Whether you are a beginner or a vet, this place was great. They had cool options of different rooms to try, but you are sometimes limited by the number in your party. It did not disappoint though, even though we had a choice of only 2 of their rooms with our party of 8. I would definitely recommend this to others. I found a discount on Groupon to help save a little money while spending lots on vacation. This was a great adventure during a rainy evening. We all loved it!

Easy to book online. Read your game intro email carefully, the puzzles starts before you even arrive. Inside the business is decorated for an immersive experience. Staff was engaging and polite. They have drinks for sale (alcohol and non) to enjoy before or during the game. We encountered the UFO room and had a fantastic time. It was just me and my wife, we were able to complete the whole room with just the two of us. Clues and puzzles were challenging but not too difficult. The room flowed well from one thing to another. Would recommend The Bureau and would book here again.

This was SUCH a fun and amazing experience. Definitely the best escape room I’ve ever been to. They did amazing with the ambiance and there aren’t any countdown clocks which I loved because it makes you really live in that moment. Their effects were very well put together and really cool. Coral is such an amazing employee, very sweet and funny. I did this escape room with two good friends and we did one of the horror rooms, all of our first time doing a horror room. There were a couple good jumpscares, loved this experience!

Absolutely THE BEST escape room my friends and I have done so far!! If you're a fan of horror movies, the Possession at Haddon Heights room is amazing and I couldn't recommend it enough. Will definitely be back to check out the other rooms The Bureau has to offer!

We had a great time. I highly recommend this place. We did the Robot game, and we saved 859 Robots. ? The average is around 200 according to the Staff memeber. A big win for us. We will definitely be going back to try other rooms and the Game Show event.
