The barn is awesome. The people there are always so friendly and willing to accommodate any needs. They go above and beyond in making sure that your floral arrangement is perfect for the occasion. My family has used the barn somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 times and we have never been disappointed. There have been multiple instances where they so much went above and beyond, not just in making sure the floral arrangement is right but also to make sure that it is delivered not just on time, but when it absolutely actually needs to be delivered. I highly recommend the barn as your go to florist. This is the testimony of a real customer and not a paid endorsement.

I've decided to update my review based on my most recent experience. I believe it's important to acknowledge my previous positive review, but I encountered an issue with my order for flower delivery last Thursday. I initially called to make some changes to the order, and at that time, I was assured that everything would proceed as planned. However, when I realized that my order hadn't been delivered, I made another call to follow up.

During this call, I learned that the order had been forgotten due to the owner's son undergoing surgery, causing some distractions. While I do sympathize with this situation, I was disappointed with how it was handled. Upon being informed that my order wouldn't be delivered, I opted to cancel it. However, I received only a partial refund initially, prompting me to make another call to obtain the full refund. Additionally, I was promised a $5 coupon as compensation for the inconvenience of my forgotten flowers, which I never received.

Prior to this incident, I had placed a couple of orders with this floral shop and was quite satisfied with their service. However, this recent experience has left me uncertain about whether I want to continue working with them. While I'm open to giving them another chance, I'm genuinely upset that my order was overlooked despite my two inquiries about its delivery, and the only compensation offered was a $5 coupon. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the way this situation was handled struck me as unprofessional and left me feeling disappointed.

Discovered this shop and their amazing items at the Holiday Mart this year. Purchased some items at the event and have since visited the shop. This is a must see shop for unique gift ideas. Love the holiday decor and I no longer have to travel great distance to find wonderful holiday gifts. I believe I spoke with the owner at both the mart and shop as well. She is genuine and very friendly and helpful which is also a plus and will keep me returning.

I don't remember who it was I was dealing with, but she went above and beyond to get us what we needed last minute. Long story short we needed specific flowers that no one normally has in stock. I called her the evening before we needed them and she was able to get them ordered, made into a beautiful 💐 and delivered the next morning.
