I came their around 4:30pm on Monday asked for a 2 grilled cheese and another sandwich all of the breads where kinda burnt and all the cheeses where not cooked at all a grilled cheese is meant to have melted cheese don't ever come here not only that they made it us wait like 20 minutes for them to make it just to come pick with uncooked food and burnt bread don't come here the one in Norwich is way better their so nice and never mess up my order

They fired the only person in bakers dozen existence who's been able to make a good consistent coffee, never burnt, food fresh and coffee shop clean. Sucks she's gone now there seems to be a management issue ‍♂️

I liked coming in here, have been coming here with my family since I was very little. I like that this coffee shop is small business and local. The entrance could be a little cleaner. The coffee is good. They put a good amount of cream cheese on the bagels. I also really enjoyed the corn muffins, tastes home made. Asked to microwave with some butter and it tasted good. We sat here for a while and we were comfy talking here enjoying our coffees. Lots of people come here to order but they are very prompt with service and the girls seem to be very nice and attentive with everyone so that's always a plus. Lots of options for donuts and muffins ?

Stopped by on our way back home and this was a perfect coffee stop right off the highway. Service was great. Got the chai, bagels, and donuts. All delicious!

What the hell is going on with the weekend service? !0-12 minutes in line to place an order? Another 7-10 minutes to get the order? It never was like this before!!!...OKAY, OKAY, MAYBE IT PAYS TO COMPLAIN SOMETIMES. Evidently someone was listening as they have made a 180 degree turn around, MUCH MUCH FASTER.. but still the great product... as always!!!

Place is decent the girls keep messing up my orders always forget food or I get the wrong order. Idk they need to pay more attention to detail. Girl with braces need to get fired she keeps messing up every order I get from her.

Would be 5 stars but the breakfast sandwichs have been cold 3 times in a row (both dining in and taking out). Coffee is great just disappointed with the sandwiches being cold.
