Very nice spacious place for private events. Decorations was very nice. Tables were spacious for comfortability of eating. Parking was plentiful and open space.

My love one just recently celebrated a birthday and graduation. A genuine hearted woman willing to take a chance on a venue she’s never had prior dealings with. Paid in full as well as promoted the venue as a token of respect/appreciation. Unfortunately we had to cancel the party a couple days before the party due to the transitioning of my love one ONLY SON. Most can’t even begin to imagine the trauma and pain we are suffering from in these times. Dealing with the loss as well as homegoing fees. We pleaded with the staff to reimbursement the money back. They denied us solely on the account of “their policy”. In circumstances as such this, there should be no policy. We are not robots….we are not evil people….we come from love and being courteous of others. They not only should have provided a refund but extended their hand for more support because that is what God children does. We feel robbed on top of all this pain. We need that money….Just because a lot of people act like animals don’t mean we should all be inhumane to one another. Do what’s right‼️‼️‼️

The first lady Regina that I met with the day of my booking appointment in August was super nice and helpful, she went over the contract rules and I understood them very well, even the no refund on the deposit fee. However I had to cancel which was ok I sucked the $400 dollar deposit up as a donation. My actual complaint is in regards to my second meeting which was with the lady Sheneka that handles the decorations or at the time who would of been responsible for my big day. The day I arrived with my daughter for my second appointment, the second Sheneka met us at the door she was rude and nasty and didn't adjust her attitude until later in the meet, it was to the point where my daughter had to ask if Regina was available to assist. Even though I lost money as far as my $400 deposit the best part about it was that I'm actually glad that I didn't put more money down at the time of the first meet because honestly if I was to keep my scheduled event there for the cost they really were not much of a help at all accept for a piece of paper showing me the outline of my decor selections and the only other email at an attempt of communication was to remind me of my balance that was due. The establishment was nice and all but as far as the customer service is concerned I thought that I was being extra until I read the reviews that I should of read before I made my deposit but they were recommended by friends. Just be 100 percent sure that you're happy with the customer service and the rules and regulations before putting any money down. I also have the copy of my email with no reply asking about the centerpieces but it's funny how I received a reply when I had to cancel. Requesting money back for services not completed is not fraud. Thank God for recorded bank calls. Laughter of course came after we had to make light of the mood. I guess she forgot mid meet that we asked for someone else. I hope they give your $400 back if you think it's fraud. A good time will still be had elsewhere. Thank you for your reply.

The Atrium hosted my Father 60th birthday theme party last night. First and foremost they communicate very well, so there wasn’t any confusion. I paid for exactly what I wanted. They were very clear as to what was included in my contract. Even up til the day before as they send a reminder. The bathrooms were clean and smelled good. A big parking lot to accommodate guests. The decorations were nice, classy, elegant, it wasn’t too much. The bartender she was great! The drinks were on point that my guests kept going to get more lol. She was friendly and professional also. To set up, you have to enter through the back of the building. I expressed my concern with security was it good lighting back there, he ensured I would be fine. He met me at the back door and waited as I brought my things in, which I appreciated. My daddy was happy with everything as he was just showing up, and not knowing what he was walking into. I see on other reviews how they said they had to shut down or clean up 30-45 minutes prior to exit time. Let me just say it took us about 30 minutes to get the place back to how it was to when we walked in. So we appreciate that reminder so I can get my full deposit back lol. I honestly don’t have any complaints and can see myself throwing another event through them. Me and my daddy would like to thank y’all for helping with this epic late 60’s / 70’s theme celebration.

Amazing venue and staff! I hosted my husbands 40th birthday here and everything went smoothly from begininng to end! I could not have picked a better venue. During the planning process, all of my questions were answered, and all appointments went well. The look I wanted for the room was executed perfectly. All of my guests had a great time. Lastly, every staff member I encountered, including the owner, office staff, security, and bartender at the event were more than professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you Atrium staff for making my event perfect!

A really nice place. Very open and enough room for 100 plus people and a dance floor space. Bar included in the space with bartender (See facility for cost). Was here for a party someone had but would rent apace out for my own party. It's located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking.

First off let me say these people actually added me in because everything was booked due to Christmas being around the corner, I had a memorial/ repass for my uncle, they helped out where they could the accommodation was amazing. They stood firm in every promise they made, they were friendly and about their business. I will def have another event there. The venue was clean and set up as promised , no hidden fees, thank you for making such a sad occasion lovely.
