This place is clean, lots of room, and there are employees everywhere keeping an eye on everyone. Our party had a little trouble with them not having payment in the system, so keep your receipts for proof of pre-payment. Waivers are online and can be sent to anyone you're bringing, so you don't have to do it when checking in, saves a ton of time! We had pizza, and it okay. It would have been better if not for the spaghetti sauce used (that's what we all agreed it tastes like) they brought pitchers of sprite, water and powerade to our room for everyone when they brought out the pizza. Cups with lids and straws are also very handy with the kids. It does get hot, so dress accordingly and have fun! I didn't take many pictures that didn't have kids in it.

This place is starting to look filthy! If it continues to be this way I won't let me kid come here. The bathrooms need soap often. No one checks the restrooms I feel like. The floors are dirty and getting dust bunnies piling up in the corners signifying no one is sweeping or mopping. For my family of 3 we do not mind paying $60 to get in but if it's dirty no thanks not worth the money. There are plenty of towns near that have these same trampoline indoor playgrounds so the not cleaning as an excuse they are the only ones here isn't accurate. I notice footprints all over the tarps on the trampoline platform. Parents are wearing shoes up there and no one minds. The gymnasium play area is getting dirty and no one's wiping it off. You can tell the dirt is building up and not being wiped off, It's starting to look like outdoor furniture. The money I pay I expect it to b cleaned each night when they close. I'm afraid this place has bad employees not doing any work though. When I am there I see staff constantly on their phones. If you disrupt their phone time they glare at up and say nothing, it's very rude. One staff with long blonde hair is bad about this and she's the manager or team leader.

The Arena was very clean and the kids had a great time. The reason I am leaving one star instead of 5 is due to their payment system issues and difficulty getting a refund for an unauthorized transaction.

I was charged for recurring memberships without authorizing my card to be saved on file.

After two months of phone calls emails and texts one of the two $31.94 fees were refunded and it is just no longer worth the hassle to continue pursuing the other.

Pay cash and you shouldn't have a problem.

I had a great time at The Arena with my family! There were so many different fun activities for everyone to do, and we especially loved the tumbling track, the dunk lanes, and the soccer court! The place was very clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful! I would most definitely come back, and I recommend that everyone goes and checks it out!

Great indoor play area for kids. So glad to see this is our community. We have three littles and one with autism. Staff has been great at keeping the space fun, positive, and welcoming. We purchased the memberships and it’s been a great price option for our crew. If your littles need to burn some energy on raining or cold days this is the best place.
Be sure to check out their long hours as well 7 days a week

Friendly, helpful staff. Very very clean facility! Affordable prices! Great snack bar & lots of activities to keep kids busy! Cannot wait to go back!
