I went here because Keenesburg is halfway between where my best friend and I live. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the woman up front. She was so friendly and polite. But that was just the start of this wonderful breakfast.

I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy and it was one of the best I’ve had. Everything looked and smelled amazing. And it was cheaper than I would have expected it to be.

After a small discussion my friend and I have determined that next time we meet up between where the two of us live it will be here. I will definitely be returning when I can.

The best biscuits and gravy I've ever had! We were driving home from visiting Denver. This was an amazing place to stop and get breakfast! Super good bacon too! Meaty. Not too thin, not too greasy overall. Yum! Hubby and I loved it!
Worth taking a slight detour if coming into Denver on highway 76 in Colorado!

While on a road trip you don’t really expect to have a great breakfast but this cute little breakfast place hit the spot. Nothing fancy but the taste is on point. I think if they had a different location they will be packed all the time. The coffee was okay which is something impressive to a place in the middle of nowhere. Hope you enjoy your visit next time.

Just finished breakfast at the newly renovated and reopened Cafe. These amazing ladies did a phenomenal job on the place. The service is excellent, the food is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable!! The new menu is great!! I highly suggest this place to anyone looking for a good meal. Kudos to you ladies. You knocked it out of the park!!

Our food was fine, nothing to write home about and took far too long for a small place that wasn’t busy. Cheap bacon and hash browns were more like hash whites.
The part that we disliked the most was the server. We aren’t regulars here but are local. She repeatedly touched my grandson & I. Squeezing our shoulders, calling us cutesy little names. It made us both very uncomfortable. Don’t touch me, don’t call me “hun”.

My wife and I were on a trip from SE MN to Granby CO and had decided to drive through the night to get there. By the time we got as far as this little town we were hungry and it was breakfast time. We found this to be a lovely little small town cafe with great menu choices.
I enjoyed the chilaquiles and my wife had the breakfast sandwich.
All in all a great stop.

Good clean food. There are very few places I can eat at due to a sensitive stomach, this includes many chain restaurants. I always feel good after eating at 1919. They have friendly staff and great food.
