My family loves participating in escape rooms, so we were happy to hear about Tenletters. Our experience was fantastic - actually of all the escape rooms I've been in, I left like this was the BEST of them all. Not only was the storyline fun, the puzzles were challenging AND the owner's involvement and personality just made the whole experience elevated. I will DEFINITELY go back to complete the other rooms.

Took our team tonight and they did a great job of accommodating to us! Rooms were well built and thought out. Team had a blast and we appreciate them working with us to make it happen. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. What a great team building place!

We’ve done 2 escape rooms with Tenletters and have been impressed with both and had a great time! Our host today was so inviting to our kids (8, 7, and 2), much appreciated! Highly recommend a visit!

My daughter (12) and her two friends had an absolute BLAST at tenletters! They successfully solved the Bank Heist puzzle and loved it! The owner is very helpful, engaging, and willing to make it fun for any/all ages. The mini golf in the back was an extra bonus! We will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an awesome escape room experience.

Our family, including two young teens, visited Tenletters Escape Room and had an amazing time! We tackled the Heist room, which turned out to be more challenging and exciting than we expected! Our "Bank Manager" was incredibly helpful when needed and added to the fun experience. We highly recommend it for a great time with family or friends!

I took my grandsons and my niece to Tenletters for our annual Cousin Camp and even though we didn't solve the puzzles in time, the kids and I had a fantastic time!! Highly recommend.

What a fantastic time we had!! This was by far the best escape room I have been to. The owner made it even better with his comedy and fun personality. I highly recommend this to all, I will be back for sure!!

We did the heist 512 room.

The great news
- Our host\game master was terrific. His humor was quick and sassy, making the whole experience feel fresh and exciting. He is clearly passionate about the rooms at Ten Letter, and was willing to spend extra time with us personalizing the experience.
-parking in downtown Erie is easy and there are plenty of yummy, nearby eateries to extend your night out or afternoon adventure
- the room we did was challenging with detailed props and decor and some parallel puzzling to keep several of us busy at once.
-we were able to escape, but with just seconds to spare

The other news
- several of the mechanics in The Heist were finicky which meant you lost time fiddling with a lock or input screen waiting for a response even after you solved the clue
- one puzzle required a pedantically long back and forth to get enough numbers to open a lock. It was interesting for the first digits, but grew old for the additional digits
- lots of padlocks and keys

We are excited to come back and try "the puzzler" room which sounds very interesting and the host mentioned it is his favorite.

Tenletters made for a fun night that had us working together, laughing a bit, and challenging our brains, too.
