I visited Surge with my nephews while on Thanksgiving break and they had so much fun. The team lead Troy was so amazing. He took his time to explain the simulation and the laser tag. He checked in with us multiple times to see if we needed assistance or if we were ok. The atmosphere and customer service were great. We will be back!!!

The food is great some of the employees are new and learning but for the most part they are all nice and don’t mind helping you ! I like the whole PEAK and NON PEAK thing ! As well as the kids free bowling 11-2 ! Clean , Friendly atmosphere.. 10/10 !! Definitely a Nice place for the family in the Upcoming Burbank Area ! This is my second time at surge. My experience has been nothing short of amazing every time. Team member Dejenay Turley has been so incredibly helpful and kind. 100/10 family environment, but make sure you have a nice budget. $45/person would be the best.

We came to Surge on a Sunday for my son’s birthday. He brought 3 of his friends. The place was clean and not crowded at all. I reserved bowling for 1:00 and our two lanes were ready when we got there. It was $130 for two lanes plus shoes and tax for one hour. Seems expensive to me. We then did a sports simulator for $45 plus tax. You also have to put a deposit down (another $45 I believe) for the equipment, but you get it back when you return the items. The kids said the simulator is best for golf. All the other activities, like the football/baseball games do not register very well when u throw the balls on the screen. We purchased two large pizzas, one cheese and one meat and a salad for $80. They do not allow you to get water out of the fountain machine. You have to walk over to the concession area and purchase bottled water for $2 a bottle if you want water. I also waited 15 min for someone to check me out. I had to request our own plates too. The last thing we did was the arcade. I only did $10 per kid on a card and be prepared to pay $2 for the actual plastic card (so ridiculous!) Most of the games are $2 per game, some are more and very few are $1. The miniature golf and laser tag is $10 per person, we did not play. Overall i felt this place was not worth the high cost. There needs to be more package options.

Hosting a kids' birthday in one of the private party rooms was a breeze, equipped with everything from tablecloths to dinnerware. The attentive host ensured a continuous flow of food and drinks, and their punctuality had the room ready for an on-time start. The inclusive party package, featuring laser tag and preloaded play cards, offered a diverse range of games for kids and even entertained some adults.

Despite the enjoyable experience, the pricing of certain video games drew criticism, requiring frequent play card reloads. On a positive note, the bowling and mini golf areas stood out for their cleanliness and ample lanes, accommodating large crowds. The laser tag room, featuring Drew Brees in the welcome video, added an extra touch of excitement.

However, the downside included a considerable wait time when redeeming tickets for prizes, exceeding 30 minutes. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was enhanced by the expansive and spacious layout. The separation of the food area from the gaming zones contributed to a well-organized setup. I would certainly recommend it for those seeking a truly fun-filled and memorable celebration.

My experience at surge was so disappointing. I brought my 9 year old and he was only able to play arcade games. Everything else the offer has to be booked in advance. Definitely not something you want to do last minute. Extremely overpriced in my opinion. Staff was so unfriendly at the food station that I just walked away. Bathrooms are not noticeable and I didn't see a sign until I walked all the way down the hall. No alcohol for adults. I was so disappointed in the staff-- terrible customer service.. not a single one of them had a smile on their face.

The only good thing about this place is the games aren't overpriced but most of the games weren't working and the staff didn't work to fix them. It's very small compared to Main Event and Dave and Busters.
